Overall it is really worth the money spent.Had a good overall experience.Security and concierge were good. Nothing special to mention.Reception service was very good, I asked for some time extension, and they readily obliged. Rooms and common area were maintained very clean, and the bathrooms were squeaky clean too.Veg food at the restaurant was very tasty. will stay here again on my next visit.

We ordered it hoping it to be a spicy paratha. Instead it was a starter kind of a dish.. Just like gobi chilly or paneer chilly, this was paratha chilly. Didnt enjoy it much.. Hoping this to be changed.. Either put the item under the starter list or change the method of preparing it.. Otherwise no complains at all. Everything was good enough..

One of the worst south Indian meals I had. Except hot water everything was cold, chapati was so hard that even dogs find it difficult to eat, sambar was so thick that it looks like payasam, rice was raw. Please dont go for lunch.

Located on the national highway, just on the outskirts of the city, BMS offers great, affordable veg food. South Indian, north indian as well as Chinese food is on offer and tastes great as well. Service is excellent and prices are not too steep either but the view from BMS is really really fabulous 😍 They have a balconies in both the sides so I recommend people who are coming to BMS to stay must definitely go to 5th floor and enjoy the view ✌️

Excellent amazing super outstanding

The Palm Groove Restaurant was an awful experience. From the food, to the ambience, to the service and staff.I will rate a -5 for hygienie. The chairs were dirty and so were the tables. The glasses they served water in, had white smears and the white plates came with smears of curry that we didnt order. When I entered the restaurant it seemed decent, but when I asked the butler to get a table cleaned so that I could sit, he was ignorant. Even the manager didnt take much interest in the cleaning the table before I sat. After having waiting for a good 15 minutes, I had to take another table. The veg manchow soup was too strong and not a manchow soup at all. The Paneer Curry that we ordered was too watery and didnt have a consistent texture. Also the behaviour of the manager was not kind and humble.

Hotel is located in NH-66 highway. Will get buses to Udupi, Kateelu, and Karkala through walkable/ minimum auto charges. Hotel is well maintained and staff is helpful. One suggestion to visitors to hotel is you need to inform room cleaning service well in advance. As hotel is very big, it may get delayed. Rental bike points are near. Beaches like Tannirbavi and Panambur are near to this location. They have their own veg restaurant and will get good food options.

Stayed here for one night. Its a clean hotel with basic amenities in the room like bed, ac , fan and tv. The bathroom was also very clean and well maintained. There is free buffet breakfast in the morning with the room. The road to the hotel is all dug up so its a pain to drive through that small stretch to get there.

I liked the stay, restaurant food quality is great. Location is nice as it is near to beaches. The only issue with hotel is the room service on certain items. Hand towels are not provided or replaced automatically and you need to ask for them. Also they are in short supply as mentioned by the room service staff so you get per room 1 only. Similarly Tea bags/coffee in the room are not provided/replenished automatically, you need to call and ask for the same.

The vegetarian restaurant palmgrove offers a good variety of food. The quality is good and value for money. An easy access by the side of the highway would mean a lot of travellers can afford it as a break without entering the city before proceeding further.The banquet hall is also good for gatherings of approx 300-400. The catering is also decent although service can be improved. There also seems to be a conference hall for meetings and small gatheringRooms are spacious and well maintained. Although not luxurious, very much recommended for an overnight stay as a rest stop.

Very bad experience from one of the front office staff,No hospitality and behaving rudely which we had not experienced before. We were a regular customer here and we wont recommend the hotel to anyone in future due to this rude experience. The staffs, they did not even follow the vivid protocols and this is our last stay here. Poor quality in front office service.

Clean and spacious room. Food was good. There was some problem with the room card though, kept switching off the power in the room and had to go to the receptionist to recharge or change it to enter the room again. Staff was helpful throughout.

Stayed here for a couple of nights on a business trip. Located on the outskirts of Mangalore. Easier to access the highway from the hotel.The check in reception staff is cordial and welcoming.The rooms are VERY spacious. They vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor offers great variety and very tasty food. In fact, it attracts families not staying at the hotel too.The housekeeping staff was pretty prompt in attending to a few small issues that came up - tv and ac not working and stuff like that.Neat and clean bathrooms and good quality of towels and linen too.Good place to stay at on a business trip.

I had booked a room for two for one day. I was visiting Managalore for a family function and needed the room only for freshening up. There were three of us but it did not matter because we were not staying overnight. Our plan was to freshen up, have lunch and then check out by 2:30 pm. While we were in the reception after lunch, the hotel receptionist, seeing an additional person, said I need to pay extra because I had booked the room for just two people. I told her that we will be leaving by 4 pm although the booking is until next day 12 noon. But she insisted (she was polite, not rude). So I paid the extra amount they asked for. I think they should not have charged us extra in the name of technicality - they should have considered that we were not staying overnight and were checking out early. Not a good way of customer management.

Hotel BMS is on the highway, took about 20 minutes to reach from airport. It’s a well maintained hotel with a good veg restaurant too. The deluxe room we are in is quite spacious. The overall maintainance of the hotel is well kept and clean. Bathrooms are spacious too with a bathtub.. rare to find in such category these days. Room also has a table chair- office type small area.

It was a very nice hotel but the information they provide while enquiry was not clear enough - it might be bcoz of receptionist problem. AC wasnt working in one room. Interconnected room was the best to stay together wid family which costed around 7k fa one night stay(without dinner) with complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was too tasty and it was a buffet. had many varieties like idly, dosa, vada, chow-chow bath, fruits, fruit juice etc.

Nice and clean hotel. Its on the highway going towards Udupi, so it was convenient for us. The rooms are very spacious. Food is decent. They have a nice South Indian breakfast buffet. The staff is also courteous.

In hotel BMS they serve only vegetarian food. Its on the side of the road but the hotel itself is at a further distance from the main entrance so there is no disturbance of sound from Cecils from the roads. They have sufficient parking space both infront of the hotel and underground. I had gone there to conduct a exam so I used the hotel hall(banquet hall), the hall which I used can hold up to 100-150 people, there is place outside the hall from serving food. The staff are cooperative and they also have WiFi in the banquet hall which is in the basement. The hall is well ventilated as well as the area where food is served.

Good comfortable spacious exe room. Sufficient parking area. Not the best view from the room though. Around 20-25 minutes ride from Mangaluru Junction Railway station & located close to the highway. The vegan restaurant provided delicious breakfast. A good stay.
