Had ordered chicken lollipop n it wasnt fried yet with masala still soaked inside it. Later v stopped with one drink and left to kudla da paddai toddy shop where all drinks were allowed and food was delicious

Courteous staff and spacious seating arrangements

The food was good. Since we dined dinner on Sunday Eve it was crowded and service management was not upto the mark. One person who takes order and 4 people to serve for 100 diners.Area of improvement that I would suggest is to have more people to work on weekends to manage heavy crowds and to reduce order time and service time as in the new kudla restuarants at least 75 can dine at a time.

Even i dont wana give 1 star, 45min they made us wait for food, if we ask our food they speak rudly and tel its getting ready? Oh really? Just 1 plate tikka 45min? Other people are getting food but not us! Really felt bad about this..

The food is great, but the staff not very accommodating. It used to be my favorite for quite some time until our orders were taken wrongly, not just once but in three continuous visits!The place provides good ambiance. But it isnt the best one if youre looking for a cozy comfy place. This one is more like an air conditioned large hall with a number of tables.

Good place to have food with family or with friends. It has so many tables and the service is good. They also have cocktails which are nice. The bar inside closes at 11pm but they serve food until 12pm. Food is expensive here though. They have AC and all related amenities.

Trust me, I have visited multiple times. Food is good..but the service is.pathetic. Captain does not know to be courteous and cannot speak well with customers. For any complaints they accuse customers. Food is good but service and people are totally bad...if you want good time with family do not visit. Again food is good but people are worst. Not fit for work. I dont know why the owner is not doing anything. Really very disappointing and multiple times it is same. We come for food and ambience but feel very bad after we come. Everytime we come we think there will be better people ..but it is same and bad.

The Chicken Ghee roast served here is awesome and other chicken dishes and sea foods are good in taste..but the same food is saved at very expensive price in the first floor compared to the bar in the ground floor..so it depends ones comfort where you want to eat comfortably.

The family area on 1st floor is clean and decent decor. The food is ok for dinner. But beware of going lunch time. Its not a busy area, and food not fresh. Chicken ,neer dosa warmed from previous day and served after opening for lunch

Tried non veg menu.. The dishes that I liked are prawns chilly, chicken ghee roast, chicken tawa fry.. Fruit punch Mocktail presentation was nice and it even tasted good.. Dining area is huge and nice. Tried a Mocktail named Kudla Thunder that mainly consists of tender coconut water, vanilla ice cream and coconut milk.. It was refreshing and nice😋
