Value for money is very low. Dont go if youre expecting a good meal for affordable rates.Food taste isnt all that great. Chats and light eats are very bad. Meals are fine. Tea/Coffee is decent enough.Staff are nice and the ambience is good. Variety is decent and its close and accessible from the main road.

Tasty pizza served here at very reasonable price. Cleanliness is well maintained! Time taken to serve the food is quite more than the other restaurants.

Very nice and hygienic place to have food. There are varieties of south Indian food available here. They offer both A/C and non- A/C rooms for having food. Good taste and affordable prices. A normal person can have thrice a week meal there without any issues, concerning about the money. Its a preferable place for one to go for eating.The service and staff were responsive and help you out with your issues regarding services. Good place for a family outings and even for with friends and cousins.

Its a decent restaurant at suratkal for good vegetarian cuisine. They do have some traditional coastal cuisine on their menu. Right at suratkal junction and easy to locate.

One of the worst restaurant I ever visited. Staffs are arrogant. I ordered pani puri and puri was soggy. I informed this to staff and they says they never felt it’s soggy. 🙆🏻‍♂️Asked for pav bhaji and pav was very old and felt like it was kept in cold storage for long.Not recommended, no COVID rules are followed. Most of the staffs are not wearing mask properly. Mouth and nose is not covered fully. Upset to see this situation in reputed restaurant. ☹️

I have been visiting HOTEL SADANAND, Surathkal from 1987. I have always liked their ambience and service. Now they have done up their restaurant and longue in a very commendable manner, offering a wide range of service options to customers.I have to mention the Biriyani we had on last sunday, one of the best I have had from a restaurant in a long time.I recommend Sadanand as a very nice place for a journey break and food if you are travelling from Mangalore to Kundapur or Goa.They also have a pure veg restaurant.

Food quality wise good but price is too hike for special meals charged 126 rs for parcel but upset with food packing used local polytechnic covers to pack all the food including hot hot sambar and rasam as well so its request to use standard packing biodegradable items

This place has been exclusive pit stop since my childhood. Sadanand was mostly famous for their samosas, but as I got down from the blore mlore bus, I happened to try their Dahi Puri.. it was Mind blowing, Must try.

The bar and restaurant has very good ambience and tasty food. The only issue is some dishes are overly priced. The hotel is manged nicely. Its situated beside national highway-66. Morning breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner everything is served. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food are available. Lodging is also available, Even a super market is also present.

Lovely food.. If ur not from mangalore and have come here.. Id suggest trying Mangalorean items (like goli bhaji) before moving to the standard chaat available everywhere else.. We were a group of 7 and ordered multiple items including chat and pav bhaji.. Every single dish was good.. So dont worry about whether or not to order something here u can blindly trust quality and taste. Yes its more expensive than eating the same thing at a stall on the road.. But you wont feel ripped off at all.. Given the yumminess of the food you order..
