THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE....PLEASE TRY TO AVOID THIS PLACE WITH FAMILY...THEY TAKE PAYMENT FOR THE ROOM IN ADVANCE SO THAT THEY CAN TRICKSTER YOU FROM PAYING BACK...WE RECEIVED THE ROOM IN UNHYGIENIC CONDITION...THE BEDSHEETS AND PILLOW COVER LOOKED UNWASHED FOR MONTHS...THE TOILET SEAT COVER WAS BROKEN ...WATER WAS PUMPING FROM THE FAUCET...AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT WORKING...STAFF WAS RUDE WHEN COMPLAINED.. WE TOLD TO CHANGE ROOM WHICH THEY LAUGHED.THEY CHARGED 2000 RS FOR USING THE ROOM FOR AN HOUR....GUYS DONT SUPPORT SUCH ORGANIZATION ....THEY DONT GIVE REFUND...THEY ALSO DONT HAVE CURTAINS ON WINDOWS...THE WINDOWS CAN BE OPENED FROM OUTSIDE....NEVER GONNA VISIT THER AGAIN....

The rooms are not clean, they charged me for multi speciality room, but the AC is not working. And I had ti change my room during the stay. Bathroom is just OK. Not so clean. It is very old, also they are charging high rates for food delivery in room. This 2 star is for the calm and quiet atmosphere I had there.

Very pathetic service and the rooms are not maintained properly, House keeping is very pathetic and they dont care once you check in to the room no matter what ever you want or ask and A/c is not work properly, no complementary breakfast, water bottle during check in. I never encourage anyone to stay here and its worthless of giving 1star rating as well. This deserves 0.

This hotel doesnt take bookings from OYO. And then charge double the charge. No complimentary breakfast. Im giving 2 star to it because at least they provided towels when asked. And the view.

An Okay place to stay, but still need to improve AC flow. The water in washrooms for refreshing are yellow in color and looking odd to take a shower. Complementary breakfast should need a good service and there is a lack of an item. We waited for side dish about 10 minutes. Overall okay for emergent stay.

We booked our rooms in oyo and for 700 already paid through oyo app and still they forcefully they asked me money 350 for each room... The BATHROOM HAD WINDOW FACING INSIDE THE HOTEL...MEANS SOMEONE CAN EASILY PEEK INTO BATHROOM..AND ALSO THERE WAS NO WINDOW ... U can see the pictures... VERY BAD CONDITIONS VERY BAD SMELL COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE EVEN WE FOUND ONE UNDER THE BED..PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ROOM BEFORE CHECKING IN OR PAYING THEME...IN MY OPINION VERY BAD CONDITIONED ROOMS AND EVEN BAD RECEPTIONIST...

The worst experience , its a nightmare rooms stinks,bathroom dirty with yellowish water , Booked for Four rooms and intimated them of our arrival time but were offered only two rooms for a family of four and asked us to adjust , Even after they were informed we were of four different familys, no Room services, toiletries werent provided , complementary breakfast is limited , drinking water is also not provided , Behaviour of the staff is worst no respect to the guests. At last I could not rate it in negative . Minimum I could rate is single star . This place doesnt deserve this , Family visiting this place pls avoid

We booked 4 rooms in oyo, afternoon 2pm we called and informed reception we will check in around 9pm...but in evening when we went for check in they were giving only 2 rooms and telling us to adjust...from 9:30pm to 11:30 PM we have to fight and were able to get only 3 rooms finally. Water in bathrooms are dark yellowish, rooms unhygienic, smelly, flush not working in toilet. It was a nightmare to stay in this hotel. Please avoid this hotel for your safety and comfort.

Honestly it was the worst hotel experience. They charged us 4000rs for 2 nights. Their room was very unhygienic. They had bugs everywhere. They had like several holes in their bedsheet. The rooms and bathrooms always smelled of smoke. The phone was broken. Just about everything that could go worng went wrong. Very disappointed and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Booking through OYO is hassle free with huge discounts. Some rooms are good. But some are small and suffocating. Hotel is well maintained with friendly staff and good food.

Staff were very helpful The hotel is really suitable for a grand stay in mangalore..All are unique in its own foods.Wanna try sea food then this would be good place to start with.

On the outskirts of the city but accessible to main road and other amenities, a bit shady place and no service personnel are available.

If you want to skip Mangalore traffic and traveling to Bangalore from southern part. A good place to stay with all amenities and eateries around. Right adjacent to the main road. With a railway track behind, A mosque to its one end and a temple on the other side of the track.

No stars to this property. They get a rating in negative for their hospitality. At check out, they make you sit down in front of them whole they send somebody to check the room before you leave. Nobody, expects such a treatment. I forgot my camera in the room n called them about it within few hours of checking out. The staff shows no cooperation in tracing the camera. No attempt at enquiring with housekeeping made. Unreliable place.

This is a hotel run by goons!!!Never book your room here if you fear for your life.We booked the hotel through MakeMyTrip for 620 rupees. After reaching the hotel the owners insist that I have to pay extra 380 Inr for the rooms.When questioned, they told, they use to collect 1000 INR from every customer, They had deliberately shown lesser amount in order to get booking, and two goondas came up and forcefully took 380 rupees from us.They are doing this with every customer.

The staff is useless. Rooms are neat but mosquitos all over and no replents available. AC right above the bed, started leaking water in middle of night. No room service in the morning atleast. This is the worst hotel experience i did have, it started from the day i checked in entered the room i could smell some odour out of every corner of the hotel, i did pay for the add on bed by afternoon but thanks for the hotel they could surely provide it by night 1.00 clock because the hotel staff was busy trust me i did stay for three nights but the room service never arrived from after my mother requesting for all the four days n swear we use to carry our very own water bottle for drinking and bathing because they dont provide water and the water which comes out of the taps stinks to extend which you can compare to sewers which flow in chambers, thanks for being no help i swear i will never return to you aswell as oyo rooms.

Room is clean..Totally bad water... with reddish yellow color and foul smell... not even good for flushing.... but tv is not connected... bathroom walls and closet are spotted with yellowish brown stain.

Its located just opposite thokkotu bus stand, and this place is 7.5km away from Mangalore central. Its difficult to get a ride usually from the city side as the auto charges 50%extra to the fare. The property is just ok place to stay, rooms are very small and not clean at all, the linen was dirty and the washroom also was not clean. If you are on a budget run then its okay or else go for a premium room, just had a quick look and those rooms are much larger. The complimentary breakfast provide is not much you will get Idly sambar and chuttny, bread jam and butter along with tea is kept. There is no one to attend and the breakfast table is just left like that, they dont even keep some drinking water at the table.
