Ive no complaints against the food. It is pretty good. But in todays order with Zomato, there was an empty used juice bottle in my order kit. Im not sure how someone can be so irresponsible during Covid situation? Please avoid such errors!

This place has a great ambience. We ordered Hyderabadi Mutton Biriyani and chicken biriyani both of them were too bland. There were no flavour in the masala or the rice. We also ordered Shole kabab which were absolutely delicious. It is a must try item here. The service are good and the staff here were also friendly. But the biriyani was failure for me. I hope to have better experience in the future.

Place is good.... A bit congested.... I ordered a biryani and chicken tikka on the suggestion and request of the table manager and wheat parotta along with chicken gravy.... Although it was good I really felt that the chicken tikka was really undercooked as the meat was still raw.... Need to work on this.... Secondly its better if the table manager suggests n gives choices instead force the customers to buy a particular dish which they actually dont want to and it looks awkward to not choose his suggestion when he keeps repeating it again n again n people from the other table do watch you.... Overall it was good.... Service was really fast .... interiors were nice.... Little overpriced but it was ok... Not bad

One of the best places in Mangalore that serves Kerala food....the place is quite famous Among all sorts of people....they have a quiet Ambience...not much crowded all the time...nice seating arrangements and the staffs are friendly tooo....the dry chicken biryani they serve is always worth a a try....the meals are also equally good....they have quite a variety of seafood dishes including squid(which is my personal favorite)

Good food and worth the rupee you spend .. Little bit less expensive compared to many other restaurants in Mangalore. Big variety in menu card but not many are really available.. Check before you are seated to know if what you wish is available... Service is not great but quite OK.. Bit congested as place is small but cozy... Food is great so worth visit if you are not peculiar about other aspects.. BTW You get HALAL food...

Great place. Though the prices are a bit high the food is mouth watering. Wonderful service. In case you go for home delivery the quantity can be a bit disappointing. The soups here are really worth it. The place can be full sometimes but reservations are allowed. And if you are okay with no air conditioner a few steps away from this restaurant is a non air-conditioning kairali meant for daily eaters r so.

Kairali adukala is...Worst food , pathetic service and high price.We orderd kerala chicken dry biriyani and chicken ghee roast.Chicken is not at all dry in biriyani and there is no ghee used in ghee roast.Better u remove that item from menu if u dont know to prepare it.

Liked it for the Kerala Biryani.A good place for some awesome kerala Biryani(mutton and chicken).Had been there thrice and twice just for the biryani.The rest is just normal food and has a wide variety of chinese, punjabi,and south indian option.Good to try the meals in the afternoon,with some kerala side dish.. This option is also satisfying.So a good place for Biryani and meals.Would go there again for the kerala biryani..They put up a Kerala breakfast menu and state they are open from 8 AM.. Went there twice in the morning only to see its shutters closed... Tried calling the phone number and no one picks up the call.. Big disappointment.

Guaranteed good food...we tried a lot dishes... everything went upto mark...chappathis and bread items are available only after 7 pm..you will get wheat porotta and Kerala porotta before that time..overall its nice experience and ambience...let have a try.

Really good quality food and the staffs are really well behaved. Tried many Keralian dishes for the first time and loved it.The mocktails here are nice as well. I would suggest to try the Angel Masala here.
