One of the worst companies to deal with. Every service is so complicated and very hard to get one thing done for you. I am sorry to say this about a National company with more than 70 years of experience which should be a top service provider. I have been a client for more than 40 years and would say it is the worst era in its history in terms of customer care and customer experience. Very sad to say that.I have many stories to tell but would doubt that a decision maker in the company would be willing to listen.

I have lots of Bad experience with Batelco, 1st I request a new BATELCO Home internet Optic cable in Juffair Applied Online Form on 9th Mar 2021 until date the connection is not done. only Bnet fixed the cable with no power to their Optic box,on 28th April I request to cancel my request.Your order 21030113962 has been cancelled as per your request.Thanks & Regards,digital Care Team.

Terrible service. They take half an hour for a top up. I don’t know how they can be so slow. You wait and wait and wait while. A normal person could do their job asleep and would be more efficient. Ridiculous really.

Cancelled game console device plan and asked for a refund for the 1st month of payment and did not receive refund back because he said it went to the internet bill payment instead of game device registration. Terrible service. Not good with assisting or helping customers properly.

The 30mb package is the best deal, came with unlimited YouTube during the weekend. Too bad I found that out too late, used only a month and have to cancel due to moving back to the states. Theyre charging one month of service for cancellation, but you get to keep the optical router.

Ignorant Customer Service representatives. Bandwidth speed was between 1 and 3 Mbps when it should be between 70 to 80Mbps. Rep stated that they are having a general issue with speed and could not tell me when it might be remedied. He did however tell me that it began the day prior. Everything with the fiber connection was good until one hour prior to the call so he is obviously full of it. If someone calls you regarding slow bandwidth speeds you should not say that you are having a General internet speed problem. The chat was like talking to a RUDE monkey reading a script.

OMG!!! Arrived 5 pm 2 June at Batelco Oasis Mall. More than 60 people in queue with only two agents. Now almost two hours later Still 13 people ahead of me. Totally understaffed and not equipped for the customer demand.AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS!!!! GO ANOTHER PLACE !!!!
