It was a great experience with Mulekar residency. Mulekar family is so nice and polite. The service was very nice and specially 2 min walkable distance from house to beach. Also it is near to market and malvan bus depot . I would like to specify one more thing the food was so nice and mouth watering. Me and my husband spent a good time in Mulekar residency . Thank you so much Ajinkya for great service. Please do visit this place and try gharacha malvani jevan .

Very friendly and helpful host. Room was big with a Terrace to sit outside. Nice view. Everything is clean. Very good (quiet) location not far from Malvan city (10-15 minute walk)

Me and family just at love this place.Super cool host...No kitkit , no chik chik...Super tasty food.We have been here twice.Squid curry, crab curry.,Rava fry items. Finger licking good.On all of it is awesome solkadhi....NEAT AND TIDY PLACE to be with ur family we were group of 14.

This home is nice place to live in and around Dandi Beach. The best thing about this home is upper top roof which is location wise fine and hospitable friendly. I was lucky enough to stay at both places ground floor and top floor. Hence I learnt best about the house. I stayed for couple of days and three nights. The only sad part was to go out most of the time to have food food around. The hospitality was fun. There was no network hence no talking at all neither on internet nor on cellphone. Price was its moderate expensive. The rooms were big and bedroom was moderate with air conditioners fitted in it.

Its was a calm and beautiful experience with Mulekar Residency. Especially the owner Ajinkya, who was very polite intelligent and caring. He has gone out of his way to make our trip comfortable. Its was a wonderful time I had here and the place is clean with nature around.

Good comfortable place, very reasonably priced, awesome home cooked food in Malvani Style.. You can buy your fish from the local market.. a must have experince.. they cook it for you with a minimal charge...2 mins walk from the beach.. Ajinkya is a very nice helpful person and fun to talk and share experiences... Must stay place for large families... We enjoyed a lot.. Cheers...

When you come to malvan, there are many residency available and malekar residency is one of them. Spot booking is available but it is safe to book in advance. We booked a room with accommodation of 3 persons(non ac) for 1300 rs. The people are slightly unprofessional but helping. They provided a scooty but was completely in bad condition for 350 rupees a day. Overall enjoy, scuba diving in tarkarli is must do activity in malvan...thank you

An affordable place to crash for the night. Bazaar is closeby so food wasnt an issue. Walkable distance to the sea shore. Had the chance to see the morning fish market by the beach.

NO MOSQUITO NETS! We were literally eaten by moscitos. For the same reason, there were frogs in the bathroom.
