Package reached at the facility on 1st of November, but delivery not attempted even till today ie. 7th November. And not contacted to the consignee for delay in delivery.

Package reached Kozhikode on 8/9/20. Took only 4 days to ship from Pune to Kozhikode; but its now more than 4 days after reached Kozhikode. Not yet delivered to Perinthalmanna. Says no staff to deliver. Never ever use FedEx if delivery on time expected.

What a poor service... i never seen such a courrier service.. no land number.. no user friendly

Unnecessary delaying in delivering the items.Four months back: Just 100 meter away from my office, still takes a day to deliver an urgent courier.Today: Consignment reach calicut on 8th morning (08:40am). While contacting the customer service they replied that the item would be deliver only by tomorrow
