This review, I am writing as per I heard from the local peoples statements and with my personal experience, this delivery agent is totally worst and irresponsible. They even dont care product and without any prior information and approval they are sending back or returning the products to seller. Couple of days ago, I ordered two curtains I found package has damaged very badly, due to that there were scratches on my product. It was like they tried to open the box, as the cracks on packages seems very new. Why do you guys wanted to know whats inside. Your duty is to just deliver the product. Do your duty. If I see this kind of attitude again, I will be moving towards consumer forum. I would encourage others to file case in consumer court, who have this kind of experience. I will be moving legally with consumer protection act, if anything happen like this again. Consumer court expenses is not that expensive.

Irresponsible team. They dont know how to deal with a customer. And they are not willing to deliver the item also.

One of my order which happened to be handled by this particular courier service got cancelled and returned without my consent. Lets hope that this wont happen to my future packages. Really looking forward to see whether they can fix the previous issues and ensure such things wont happen again. Will be really glad if anyone could provide the contact details of this office so that many people can make use of.

Why in the hell you guys keep sending back products to sellers. Atleast of you guys called i could pick it up. Simply sending back products without a single information. Why are you guys then delivery agents in the earth. Go and find new job if you cant stand one job

I had ordered three products from Amazon and they returned two of them to the seller without informing me. When my third product arrived, I reached here and collected my product. What the delivery agent said is even though Amazon says that delivery is possible to your address, they have no delivery permissions to some places.(I dont know which are they, But I am sure they dont deliver to some regions of Kodur ; Mundakkode, Paruvamanna etc.. ). So, some delivery agents will contact you to pick up the product from here and some of them dont and will return to the seller. It is better to collect the products from this delivery centre asap when you see your product has arrived here in you tracking details. I think They dont have a telephone and delivery guys dont have permanent contact numbers. This delivery centre opens @ 7.00 am.

Bad experience .. My two order were returned to the seller without any information. I purchased products from Amazon to the same delivery address many times.They sent the the information through mail only after returning the product to the seller.Didn;t get enough time to collect the product from the pick up centre.

Seeing that everyone gave a bad review, I also gave it a 1 star, because my product also went back without calling me. But, ordering both, I went to the office and looked. So it turns out that this is just a one-room delivery hub. Amazon app status showing as malappuram or returning from Malappuram is not all here. The main office is in Manjeri. When he returns or gets there, it is generally shown as malappuram. There will be staff here only after 3 in the morning and in the evening, the office has no board number, just a small one room delivery sub hub in Malappuram. I went in the afternoon and waited till 3 pm, then a delivery agent came .. He explained things well and behaved well. It was also learned that the product returned from Manjeri. So it is updated to 1 🌟 4 star.NB: Then some product will be returned ... even if the pincode is shown deliverable when ordering, it will be undeliverable when it arrives at our place and the delivery boys will call and pick it up at the place they say. But some delivery agents will not call, but will hit return. Especially if it is pay on delivery. If we are lucky and the delivery agent has more time left for that day they will call.
