This is the offer letter in this not mentioned Notice Period 45days. They will say you about it but after accepting the offer letter on day 1. Bcz, u dont have chance to go at day 1 bcz, u have to see backup.And also as I preferred 1 week as a new employee they denied. And they have not paid my 13days salary.45 days notice Period is trap. Bcz, to not go any other company as holding your payment.And also I have done work and taken payment. Without work I have not taken payment. And also they will train you if they feel to train. Else they will shout on silly small mistakes.If their is no good relationship between employee and employer then it is waste to work in company.Think twice joining or accepting the offer. May be not now but after one year if u wish to do job in mnc then if u r resigning and in mnc their is less jobs and quick hiring then you will be in trouble of losing. So, think twice.

I am a fresher joined the company by seeing these reviews ,after joining i understood that they are fake and promoted reviews .i think no fresher can work in their company more than a month,on joining of 2nd day they forcibly get down into the project, they wont train you ,they wont help you at all .one of the important thing they dont have enough pcs tooo work,dont expect any help from seniors because they wont help u at all and that tooo there are no more employees .for each domain 1,2 or 3 people is max .after joining no company will say you have to do intern and i am turning this into an 6 months internship with least stipend .simply they need someone who can work like an slaves with less amount .you will see they are to many members in the pictures,there should be only 12 to 13 employess included with 3-domains(php,android,ios),designing,analyst,ux,digital marketing,testing and with 2HRS .if the company is good no one can leave the company or else simply by seeing the figure out the employee numbers you get an clear idea .its not an worthy of giving one star at least .it too funny u fired me at the end of the month no company or no organisation would say i will turn job into an 6 months job intern(with 5k) at the end of the month , as your offer and facilities provided by you not good so i left but not fired. at the time of interview i am transparent this is me ,i know this and that, at that time of joining you give me assurance to learn and train but you not helped at least 1%.i think i wont get single rupee or penny by defaming the company .i think at least now you should buy enough pcs for employees to work then the employees will work with laugh.i am writing my opinion not defaming the company or nothing else ,i just giving my opinion not spoiling their future by joining in the company.
