Got a call from a great HR regarding they have vacancies and next everything was good and the second round has taken by Harish, in the round it self they said me I got selected and they asked my documents.....till here its fine... Second half starts from here...... HR I dont wanna tell her name here because she is a female and everyone knows if females fault or else males fault also everyone ll support female its a common thing, so I called up her and asked about my offer letter so she yelled at me like whats ua intention y do you call me how many times ull text me I said you to wait na, do what ever u want go complain about me to whom u want One small doubt here, she dont know HR policies properly and she asked me for documents before sending me comfirmation and dont know how to speak with experience candidates and these people wont listen if we tell them nicely still I wanna write the total incidents but Ill just tag this and names also there in LINKEDIN,These people really wasted my time for one week,Anyhow I wont suggest anyone to these kind of organizations which will be waste of time

A house of horrors. They mistreat their employees. Its a complete family mafia. All of the management is of family members. The people who are giving positive reviews are family members and personal friends of proprietor. Nepotism is high. Bullying is the norm. Performers are ignored. Worse, they are insulted. The person who is running the Indian operation is an illiterate and cannot do anything properly unless the help from US office. Shes just there as head of operation because she happens to be relative of proprietor. The manager in us office is a scoundrel who takes sadistic pleasure in tormenting the employees. Since most of the colleagues are family members. They usually gang up on an employee whos performing well and bully him worst possible manner. Please dont join this firm even this rascals offer you Rs 1crore as salary.
