Absolutely disappointed by the way they lie about the product. Bought a pair of shoes and had been told they come with a warranty period of three months. Once the payment is done, they stamp on the bill that no exchange, no refund and no warranty is available. Their only aim is to sell and clear off the old stock. Dishonest and shrewd bunch of people!

Terrible customer service. We asked for a pair of sandals in size 10, the freak boy at the counter made a face and left. The woman sale rep went off n started helping another customer and downright ignored us. Dont know whether the store is for show coz they really dont seem to want their wares sold. -5 stars if I could
