Place is not good for non telgu, they have discrimination policy. Managers can make freshers as TL if she is a girl. They think they are too good but take lot of time in doing small things.

Waste office with the people who treat ppl like school students and with less package and more rules it’s not a work place it is simply central jail they just conduct the test and send the people away without any feedback and their requirements.they don’t answer calls and don’t provide prior information and wasting people time and energy

Not for people other than Telgu speakers, all of them speak telgu, even in meetings. They have seperate team and completely neglect others in terms of performance, appraisal etc. They have their world of animal rules, which includes harrassment to non telgu. HR has no powers, a low standard company. It is better to avoid this company

I dont want to Degrade organisation i went for walkin at 9:30 AM i cleared 3 Technical rounds by 2 PM they said HR-VP round will be at 3PM but because of negligence that HR-VP round happened b/w 5:30-6PM and i was rejected on that round.This people are just wasting time.HR-VP is repeatedly asking same questions dont know whether interested in taking interviews or not as it held on Saturday simply wasting candidates time and showing his level and making show and behaving like as if he owns office.My humble request to management please take care.

Useless hrs.. They conduct interviews but dont select.. They ask whether you preoared for interview or not in return.. Half the employees here are either clg selected fellows only.. They do lot of show off but in pure technical there is nothing... Remember, i was rejected here twice saying with out any reason i went to oracle and got selected at first place... Please value your choice, respect yourself...i dont know about work culture here but they might change people..a few of my friends selected here in college placements..i asked for help , they didnt respond to messages citing they are busy..today oracle gives me a pay equal to their Senior manager...to anyone reading this,help a unemployed person..it takes soo much pain to move to a company everyday without money to eat food also but maintaining an artificial smile on face...treat them with respect,not like something cheap...i faced it and i know it...

Nice place to learn but there will be school treatmt to experienced ppl also. Daily need to send mails if work is der r not n need to report for everything. We need give explanatns for all .

Hi my self is Eswar. Recently I have cleared 1st round then I am attended 2nd round to ZenQ company.But the manager is asking what is your current company,current salary,expected salary and how many days can you join this company. I didt get the call from HR side then After 2 days, and I am called to HR- Keerthi, what about my feedback . Finally she saying your not selected, then I am asked to HR , actually manager asking above questions, why rejected my profile, and again I am asked to HR your conduct the interview is just formality/timewaste purpose.So finally I am saying no one shouldt attend the ZenQ interview.I know its MNC company,but its a dustbin/worrest company. I think managers also they dont have a technical knowledge, just came to office and time-pass they are conducting the interviews.

Interview process is very slow

They will not let u know the results and if we mail them they will say we cannot take you at this point . They will not atleast say the reason.
