Understanding management, friendly peers, approachable HRs and most importantly tons of opportunities. Nothing like an MNC, where you are expected to do the same monotonous work day in and day out. You are given full opportunity to explore your talent and learn things. The management is ready to listen and give constructive feedback. However, being a small unit, you are expected to manage more. But those who are ready to learn and take up challenges will consider it as an opportunity to hone their skills. This is indeed the best place for anyone who is more focused to learn and grow.

Not Good Company for Employee Career Growth and No Job Security,I worked as a developer more than a year, here is a very less learning Scope , less in infrastructure facility , Company look like a Training institution, any employee who already worked in CMMI-5 standard environment Cannot work for long term in this company, better not to join in this Company , because of HR Policies , even after probation period Monthly will employee applicable to take only 1 leave ,there is no proper recognition for Employees, Hikes will be only after 2 to 3 years service to the company , No other employee welfare benefits and Employee Family members will not be Covered in health insurance , No Employee engagement activities, Company will Collect fund from the employees for Celebration of festival events to conduct .lot of Micro management involved, they will do Some times Hourly Monitoring to the Employees, Rajesh (HR ) will not be act like a HR ,he will do favoritism to only few employees, he will not dare enough to convey ,not proactively involved in taking employee Suggestions and Employee grievances to the Management, ,if you want better career my suggestion is better not join in this company,

Worst Interview panel.i got call from venku reddy he took my details along with Expected salary.After two rounds of interviews they told me i was selected for that developer position.they asked me to forward my certificates and experience letters,payslip.I forwarded whatever they asked me to do,After forwarding my documents VEnkureddy called me..you can join from tomorrow onward and our HR will get back to you for further discussion.That day evening i got call from HR (Rajesh).He is the worst hr candidate i ever had conversation.he bargaining about salary like vegetable seller.he dont have minimum common sense.how to interact with Employees.Same story i heard from someone..This company is taking all your major documents without processing of offer letter..Now iam afraid of it.I dont know what will they do with my documents.Dont trust this company.make sure check all reviews 100 times before attending interview for this company.******* FAKE COMPANY***** ****CHEATERS*******

Very bad experience they Schedule interviews for 2 days , who are going interview for 2nd day they simply said sorry interviews was closed yesterday

Job Seekers: This company will call you for the interviews takes hours of your time. They will verbally give you a confirmation that they will hire you and further details will be communicated to you by the recruiter.The people to conduct and coordinates the interview will be very nice and well mannered but dont get into that fakeness.Nobody will get back to you ever and when you follow up with them, the recruiter has no clue of the feedback and they respond rudely if by miatake you call the recruiter off working hours which you would never be aware of. Recruiter works in the day and interview happens in the night. They have bad coordination.If you say them they are being rude and you will inform this to the company management, they simply say you are rejected and dont give any reason because they dont have 1.Very small and conjusted workplace. The management does not know what exactly they are looking for. With this kind of behaviour and environment, they expect us to stay for 2 years minimum.Please refrain to work for a place like this. Even giving an interview would be a waste of time.
