COGNIZANT( CTS) TRAIN AND HIRE MODEL WHICH IS TOTALLY WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY . Dont believe the reviews which are positive as the reviews were written by employees of Savantis Solutions which was earlier Vedicsoft ( fraud consultancy). Here the trainers will not teach you properly and it is waste of spending huge amount for training which is a mere waste of money . Cognizant Infrastructure Services( CIS) is not good domain. Freshers will be put into monitoring and ticketing activities and supporting applications which is a mere waste of time. You will get to learn nothing . They will mostly be put into service desk roles. Beware and caution yourselves after joining you will regret later . So better look for other opportunities .This is totally non technical .Your worth is equivalent to zero. As you dont handle the big responsibilities, company values you nothing .The work you choose in CIS can be done by anyone literally knowing english writing. Your main activities will be the work with Excel sheet, Monitoring mails, Answering Calls, writing mails etc.. Your career will die here after landing in this sort of jobs.Its a kind of Support and maintenance job only.

Samantha software is pretty small company with no organizational ethics...let me explain: I had agreement on the offer amount. however, I knew with that size company they cant pay me even prevailing salary. So, for a month after interview result confirmation HR (dont want to name him.... he is just a middle man) was unapproachable and then out of blue he appeared to negotiate on 5 Lakhs less as I didn’t have any offer in hand I agreed .... then again, this HR vanished for another month to surface again for another round of negotiation .... this time I was sure to say “NO you don’t deserve me … not just me…anyone”This is a company of 40-50 regional people… So small that I am sure they don’t even run Air condition if the employee are less
