One of the worst educational apps ever. 0 security at all. Hackers can easily target this website. Even my school is facing a problem due to this website. Eventuality is poor. Waste of money. I recommend all schools to not use this website at all unless they wanna get hacked. If could I could have given 0 stars

Though not visited their office but using their product for past one year for our school. I am have mix experiences, initially during implementation it was smooth experience. For many issues have to really convince them why these are important for school to have it. Later they agreed on most of our request and add features in their product. There were few flaws which they refused to accept it. Another issue is difficult to reach customer support. Phone lines are very busy. Want to reach out to their CEO for suggestion and improvements but they dont want us to speak to their CEO. We are running school for more than 30 years with 1800+ students in semi rural areas, we know what school really wants.

Its a fantastic place to work, Good office premises & excellent team to work with different careers

We have been using services for the past more than a one year now. Day-by-Day it is impossible to reach support team. Suddenly we see students are disappearing within system. App through out and have to re-login makes MCB highly inefficient.

Worst App, when I was trying to register after downloading, for selection of date of birth of child I have to move the screen till the month and year comes on screen, there is no option to select year and month. Worst worst worst

Very poor response and communication.While taking the product, they are telling something, but after payment done, it is totally different. I dont suggest to anyone this Software.Moreover it is costly.

Very good app and Erp for schools

I have got in touch with the sales team in Hyderabad and found that the sales team didnt respond with a proposal for me after the demo which was of average quality. I would be worried if such responsiveness is given after the product purchase. Will wait for another week to get a response.I think the reviews given as 5 or 4 stars are not genuine for anyone to decide.Not happy for the given response by myclass board.RegardsSafi

No one will attend the calls ...Every time there will one issue or the otherabsolutely ridiculous service ...

The freshers can enjoy work more than a experienced candidate

No data on the school portal and no mechanism to retrieve password in the login page which is the basic thing to do.
