I placed a deposit with them for 65 days. I got back the amount alongwith the net interest rate exactly on the 65th day. No complaints regarding that. My only concern is that they do not share any document pertaining to the agreement they have with their clients. Since they are big names, its very scary. If any problem occurs, Falcon stands as guarantee to payment our amount, but that is only a paper agreement there is no security. Hence, i am scared to invest big amounts

Investment on Falcon group is very easy. App needs improvement in the form of history of deals like total amount,date on which it was invested,maturity date,maturity amount. Facility for reinvestment.Facility or premature withdrawal etc.

1. Unable to my KYC details after log-in. When I attach PAN, Aadhar and Cheque leaf, it is not accepting and throwing error. Error reported one week back and yet to get fixed. Sent soft copy of my KYC details through Whatsapp one week back. Yet to get updated. Customer Service needs to be improved a lot2. After log-in by typing the User name and PW, why are you insisting OTP. Many times OTP is not reaching on time. Need to wait for a long time or close the browser. This is another area which needs to be fixed.
