I hate DELOITTE. Bait and switch offer.I applied for T &K (Training and Knowledge) 2 years ago. I cleared 7 rounds of interview with other 2. HR (Aparna) even confirmed that Im selected but offered me another job saying that there were some 5 positions which are filled and offered me another job in which i dont see my career.Applicant 2 was given Letter of regret and the applicant 3 was offered job.Thank you Deloitte for wasting my 3 days and hats off to your Recruitment team for taking us on a wild goose chase.An advice for your hiring department:First confirm if you have positions open PLUS call the candidate and offer the job and do not ask to start from round 1 considering your mishandling at first place #Deloitte
