I went to check a few soundbar options.Overpriced and much more expensive than Amazon/flipkart for the same product.For example: the infinity soundbar, that is currently on sale in either of the e-commerce sites are for 5999.. but Reliance digital is selling it for 9999.... I wouldnt buy it here.Not sure about other products, but all said and done, I would research a lot about the product before buying anything here for sure.

Pathetic customer service. If you want peace of mind and need your things to be delivered within 3-4 days, please lookout for another place . They do not deserve to be in the market. We ordered a fridge and microwave and had to follow up for days together .

I had a pretty atrocious experience at the store. Went there with a very specific headphone in mind and found only one in stock. The staff took 30 minutes to form the bill and then we found the piece to be defective and the leather was already chipping. We asked for a fresh piece and were told to wait “2 minutes “ but that lasted another 15 minutes until they said it would take one hour more. Then we were called down during our dinner saying that the piece had arrived and then the incompetent staff proceeded to take 15 more minutes to re form the bill. Not worth the total 2 hours to make a purchase that can be done in 15 minutes tops at a croma. 1/10, would not recommend.

A one stop solution for all kind of appliances let that be a small or medium and a bigg appliance. They have almost everything.But dont expect any discounts when you actually needed to buy here.I bought thrice here and it was a needed product. And I havent seen any discounts not even they give you a phone cover when you buy a phone costing 25k. And you can imagine about the rest of the products.I am sorry management. I did not at all like it.I couldnt get a better satisfaction here

Highly disappointed. False promises on product delivery dates. Waited for a week for my product to get delivered. Every time you check for the delivery status you get an answer as yes Sir we see the payment is debited from your account but it is not reflecting on our systems once it reflects we will deliver your product .No idea if there is something wrong in the process of updating the payments on their systems Or intentionally delaying it keeping no stock of the product. However I have bitter experience at AMB Sarath City Mall Reliance digital.Sincerely advise not to buy any product from there. Beware of ResQ services, sales staff will try to sell Extended Warranty along with product by misrepresenting brand warranty terms. ResQ is big trap for consumers, they will fraudulently create fear factor in your mind by misguiding you on product warranty terms and try to push to buy extended warranty which is useless. Mr. Santosh from the store has fraudulently sold me 5 years extended warranty ResQ policy by presenting that out of 3 years LED TV warranty the manufacturer will cover full parts warranty for first year and for second & third year only selected parts excluding display panel. While I crossed check with LED TV manufacturer they have informed its total parts warranty. Now since 3 months I am chasing for my Extended warranty money but they are just creating harrassment by making follow up on call, by store visits and complaint by emails. They are careless people, everyone is acting like Ambani family members, the company that known for exploiting employees, creditors, consumers and society in general by tax evasion / avoidance gimmicks. I am looking forward to other consumers support who have suffered with similar experience to teach these people a great lesson.

We bought LG TV on 4th october. We paid in advance and they promised that we will receive the TV on or before 15th. But, we didnt get the TV on time. They are harrassing us everyday with this delivery of TV. Its 4th of November today and still the TV has not been fixed. Its utter disgusting. Its not at all customer friendly. Reliance Inorbit staffs are not at all supportive. Please do not purchase anything from them. Its worst experience.

Place where you can find all your electronics. They provide good discounts. Went for an exchange, they provide good resale value. Overall pretty good experience. As a buyer, be aware of your needs before you go for shopping!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Reliance Digital, Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad. I bought an HP laptop and it was damaged. They allowed me to buy a replacement Dell Laptop and its hard disk was damaged too. After that, they initially refused to return my money and offered me store vouchers so that I had to buy from their store only. I had to get through a lot of trouble and contact Dell authorities to get my money back. They are extremely irresponsible and took almost a month to give me my money back. They do not keep their promise at all.

Typical Reliance store. The sales staff rush over the moment you start browsing some item. It is hard enough to make a proper choice in this age of myriad options. We dont need sales associates breathing down our neck and forcing somethin down our throats with incomplete knowledge.

An anchor store in the basement level of Inorbit mall. The basement section has emerged as a premium section with many signature outkets of upmarket brands. This store tries to be a flagship of sorts but I didnt find it having anything special that would not be available in any other reliance digital store
