After gone through all rounds of interview including HR and package discussion rejected my profile for parity issues among candidates. They should aware about of this before screening a candidate.

Let me brief you all about my experience with Cigniti, i dont want to take out the name of the HR person, they called me on my phone i shared all the required details and they said we will schedule interview, Ive been following up with the person who called me she was keep saying will schedule interview this week and she cant even keep the track of the application which are in process every time she ask me my full name and my last company after thorough follow up and ended up saying ITS NOT A SELECT ACTUALLY with out scheduling interview, i am shocked.... I never wrote any review for a company to showcase their negativity but this time i really had a very bad experience because i explained her i am having an offer already and because this is so called good company Ill look forward for interview with them, i have asked to wait the company who offered me and they replaced me with someone else because of the delay in joining date... So i ended up with no offer in hand at the moment because of Cigniti for Poor HR negligence!

Today I went for interview and I had very bad experience worst management I have ever seen.Yeah I went for the interview for the 3rd time 1st time they rejected me for no reason I didnt get any feedback too 2nd time they rejected me because of my tattoos on my hand by seening tattoos they decided I have a worst attitude by tattoos how you decided? For 3rd time rejected me because I was rejected for 2 times even though they dnt ask any questions and they rejected.. I honestly say that i gave my best. At 1st round only they know that I came for 3rd time then only they want to say that you came 3rd time so you may leave instead of that they said this thing in 3rd round.. this is not good !

Please dont attend interviews also. Dont waste your valuable time. Worst management ever. Dont know why they took so many rounds of interviews and in every round every interviewer asked the same questions. I went around 10 30 in the morning and all rounds were done at 4 PM.. Not hiring candidates even after clearing all the rounds. Giving useless reasons. Blocking cigniti.

Cigniti is an industry interrupting, growth company . The culture is young, dynamic, but not reckless. Management is open with all employees and values contributions and consistently demonstrates a commitment to the betterment of the employees.Undoubtedly there are negatives that I have been fortunate enough to not to run into, but I can only speak to my experiences so far.

Its really good company... Flexible timing. Its located in very good place.

Located in Accesend IT park. This company is in many buildings, based on work it will change. Vega building looks beautiful than Orion building..

Worst HR in this company and does not have any long term term projects and they wil conduct the interview for just time pass

I would suggest please dont attend an interviews here and dont waste your valuable time. not sure why they are tacking an interviews, after that if we approach they can simply said ITS ON HOLD or Giving useless reasons.

Lot of comapny politics is there.Onsite will be provided to only the person who have contacts with Management. Less pay for fresher .No extra benifits for employee.Unable to get appropriate project as per your skills.
