The coffee is on-par with other Starbucks outlets in the country (not as good as the ones in Chennai though).The interiors could do with some renovation, the space is cramped. Id suggest getting one to-go after you book an Uber out of the mall — yes, service is lighting fast.

Global brand, high-end cafe with elite crowd. Prices are super premium. Beautiful ambience and peace. They got inside and small seating area outside.

Decoration is perfect, coffee and other drinks are testy.Good place to take a rest or having a conversation with friend.Sometimes is getting full with no chair to seat.Payment counter staff is good but the others who are for cleaning need more training.

The best coffee you will get in the city... Love their options and taste.... The freshness that this coffee gives cannot be matched with any other coffee.... This place in particular is buzzing all the time... It gets crowded and one will have to wait for the coffee to arrive...Food options are pretty decent... Tried their cakes, it is delicious.... It has become a routine to come here on Sunday evening and enjoy the coffee

Great service, friendly staff and awesome coffees. Their snacks and sandwiches are all good too. Their chilli cheese toast and Blueberry parfait are a must try.

Star bucks is always preferable for chats with friends and to spend quality time with your friends or partner .Ambience is good and no disturbance here .Coming to varieties of dishes they have,coffee lover never say No to Starbucks and their newyork cheese cake.Much recommended for chit-chats .

Overrated and overpriced , I ordered cold coffee once and it was just mostly ice, water and almost no taste of coffee. It tasted like dirt water....never visited again. If you want to drink actual coffee dont waste your time and money here.

I love the Italian Roast coffee from Starbucks. We visit this store very often to either refill my supply of freshly ground coffee or just to have a cuppa when we are around Gachibowli.Mr. Rajshekhar does a great job in managing the store and the staff who are very courteous and friendly. Thank you Tata Group and Starbucks for bringing this brand and associated coffee to India.

Theyre maintaining the social distancing norms properly, you are checked for temperature at the entrance. They also regulate the number of patrons at the door. We had to wait for 5 minutes, but we didnt mind.The coffee, as always, is great. The staff is cordial and nice, too!

Cleaning staff is very slow. I had to waite even though 3 tables were free but were not cleared and cleaned.

They serve the fantastic Starbucks coffees, beverages and snacks that is available in all the Starbucks across the country. Though it’s not ideal place for coffee and books, it is a great café to unwind after shopping at the mall.

For a Good gourmet coffee and luxury snack found here they are just finessing the drinks they make and by far THE BEST place.

Great place to have coffee and handcrafted beverages. The staff are polite and friendly. They have wide variety of food and beverages which keep on updated at regular intervals. They do have loyalty program for frequent visitors.

Had an amazing salted caramel latte and chicken cheese (something - looked like a bread and was oval in shape :p). The staff is very courteous and they give you your order fairly quick! Def must visit if youre visiting inorbit mall

Facility is good, staff is very cordial. Staff wore masks and gloves but, majority of the customers were not wearing masks. Please take safety as the most important thing. Loved the food and coffee.

Starting off the day with blueberry frappuccino with chocolate chips , the combination is very good topped with cream and caramel . The frappuccino is very refreshing worth money.

The outlet in the Mall is fine and has an amazing interior and has a good options of collectables items such as mugs and Starbucks brand products..they have gone a way forward to protect customers and safety due to corona virus..I liked the coffees they have to offer and is good to stop for a coffee break while shopping alone of with a friend.

This Starbucks is on the ground floor of the mall and I stopped by when I needed to get some snacks and coffee on the go. Friends and I ended up staying for at least half an hour and enjoyed the overall ambience of the store. Clean, sleek, and really well-designed like most Starbucks. I ended up buying one of their mugs so as to not forget my time here.

Theres no menu cards available and counter is not even smiling and helping when we ask for selection of products. Anyhow we learnt a lesson to do some research before you visit this location. Nice place, very costly. Very small floor area, customer has to wait outside for hours to get place to sit. Taste not that great or different, just the brand name which attract people.

I love Starbucks in general and the Inorbit one is definitely one of the best ones in terms of location.However, they need to really work on their service. The folks here try really hard, but the number of footfall in this place beats all senses especially over a weekend. I would definitely suggest getting a bigger place or to make this more of a pickup and go rather than seating.And yes, they definitely need to improve on the quality of service. Its right next to pathetic in terms of taste and service.

Vibrant place and awesome coffee. Just dont go south cold coffee due to there high sugar content. No frosting please. The hot are always my preferred choices.

I asked for chocolate cappuccino with extra sweetness... but i got it with even less sweet

I had hazelnut cold coffee here and let me say, its my first cold coffee, which is well made and I enjoyed it. Will definitely try more here
