We had a good time and not very crowded. Has a good view to the outside garden area at Inorbit mall. The staff is pleasant . The coffee and eatables are on the little expensive side. Best if you are looking for a peaceful place .

Very similar to all other Café Coffee Day outlets, where the hot coffee is good and worth a part of the exorbitant price, but the rest of the menu is just by-the-way, and one just orders something to go with the coffee...Otherwise the decor and the ambience are pleasant and one can spend a quality half-hour to an hour working on a laptop or getting ones work done without any disturbance...Since it is located towards one side of the Inorbit Mall, the view from one side is across a well-landscaped lawn, so its pleasing to the eye..

I ordered cappuccino regular size and it was pathetic. I haven’t tasted cappuccino like here in any other CCD. Then he charged for large size . After asking he asked me to show the coffee cup they served which I felt wired then asked me to pay for large so they will return the difference amount , I did the same . After some time he came and tried to give me Rs20 saying he don’t have change. He dint apologized in whole story. To conclude poor quality and service.

If you just want to sip on coffee and spend hours doing your own thing, this place is amazing.For me, almost everything except the cakes and coffee are disappointing in any Café Coffee Days. This is no exception.However, the coffee is good. The seating is good. There is a decent view.Bottom line: this is a decent place for a coffee date.

They charged twice for sizzling brownie and told that they have not received the payment even when I showed them the transaction ID however the amount got deducted twice from my Amazon account. Now I am not getting any response from CCD

As people say its an alternative to Starbucks. Its not. Both of them are totally different. Must try their cold coffee. Really good. Ambience is good too. Service is a bit slow.

Good place to hang out..... price for coffee here is a bit high....we paid 180 bucks for a regular size filter coffee thats horrible.....but ambience is good and staff are attentive and served well....

Service is pretty bad here.....staff is mostly lost in some other world.....no wonder why their owner committed suicide.....they’re unaware of the inventory and most of the times will commit to a food item being available but later on comes and apologies about the unavailability.....avoid this place as you have better options in this mall

Have been going to CCD since college days and loves the brewed coffee and toasties, this Inorbit CCD has been good in Service but by late hours, it runs of stock which is not that bad.... Its really good to be there, nice ambience and lawn view windows....

Ok to spend some time and sip coffee (they have different names). The taste varies from person to person. I for one, prefer strong coffee and skightly bitter. Or simply filtered one (not available here). Lot of people enjoy what yhey serve. But as I mentioned earlier, taste varies from person to person, I do not really enjoy my cup here.

Best visited on weekdays when you can have a relaxed time over coffee and snacks. Several items on the menu are however not available at most times.

This place is decent enough. Like in the inorbit mall you have lots and lots of options to eat. But if you don’t wanna try something new and go old school you can stick to Keventers or CCD. Shakes and drinks never fail to satisfy

Its actually chai point the new place. And its the worst. There were flies and the shop has this bad smell that I noticed and the prices were very high for a normal chai. And the snacks and all are very subtle in taste and flavors. Its just a brand tag thats attracting the customers. We can have better chai outside for 10rs and better hygiene conditions yet.

Newly renovated Cafe coffee day !!Has been a very calm place to relax after or before a hectic shopping in the mall. They serve very good coffee & hot chocolate.

Over Hyped. Just another coffe place. I think all the coffe day outlets run because of most of the teenagers.

On a day like sunday, its not that happening place to go and chill. Nothing wrong about the ambience and people inside but the lethargic service & inconsistent quality of the relaible & ever tested product which leaves a bad impression on your heart about the place.Place is good and not just decent to spend some quality time alone or with near & dear ones but the classic cappuccino which i got after more than 25mins was not at all worth the wait and money. I had already given the staff benefit of doubt for short on strength and full house cafe but having a poor quality coffee was not at all expected, not done !Hence, go on your risk if you want to spoil your taste of that perfect coffee yoy have !

CCDs anyways serve terrible stuff n same was the case today...Masala tea is Dip tea for them...New advertised items like Alphanso Shake isnt available...Rest items taste jst ice with sugar and flavour....
