Worst society ever.They make a lot of noise during all of the occasion that come in and go through.It becomes very difficult sharing a flat in here.Worst ever society harrassing people by playing late night DJ and social gathering during covid times too.Not worth of one star too.

One of the worst builder in town and also in Bengaluru. DSR is only interested in we putting money and buying. Does not deliver proper, quality flats. All substandard maintenance,very poor quality material used. Withing 3 months of our movement we find all leakages, walls getting black spots. Basements full of pipeline leakages. Very poor security with almost 4 to 5 thefts and break thru of a thief and an unknown person. Very low maintenance of the clubhouse. And above all the residents once purchased will be ill treated wothout any respect.. They see the residents as students and want the residents to follow the rules and regulations as in a hostel or a jail. Its a wrong decision to invest in DSR. The good reviews are all fake given by the builders team. Plz dont invest in any of the DSR projects. He doesnt even takes the interest in talking to the residents about the project nor fulfills the promises. Its just a fraud buissness..dont recommend at all
