I stayed at 503 for 4 months. People should avoid to take rent (message me if any query). Brokers, welfare officer, owners, neighbours say good words, but honestly it is not value for money.PROS: Peaceful localityCONS:1. No ground water, minimum 1000rs is charged per person for water. Though I took rent for 16k, but I had to give more than 20k every month. They said it is only for summer. But actually water tankers are needed even in rainy season. If some guests come, then extra charges are added as water bill. Ridiculous.2. Poor construction. Water sinks through the outer wall to the bedrooms.3. No proper road, in rainy season small ponds are created in front of the gate.4. No power backup, not even in common areas. If power is cut , when you are in lift..Just imagine.5. No proper security. CC cameras are for showing only. No one checks it. It will be verified if their will be any theft or accident.6. No one has time to listen complaints or problems that anyone faces after taking in rent.7. The maintenance and supervising person staying with his family at parking area do not understand Hindi and English. They behave as if the total building is their property and given you free shelter over there.8. No stilt parking. Some people park 2/3 vehicles. But the supervisor gives unnecessary sarcastic look and remarks to park even your single 2 wheeler. Someday he says park in left, someday says park in right.9. Security deposit is never returned. As a gentleman no one can force an old age owner.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but the road is not that good. If they had made any effort working on them, I reckon itll be a good neighborhood to live around.

Best Apartment ever lived. I was here for almost 3 years. Located very near to all our needs. But maintenance should be taken more care. And the road to apartment sucks. But flats were spaciously built. Ideal for peaceful living.

Good apartment with security, power backup, lift, car parking. Near to hi-tech City, 100 feet road. It will take around 15mins to reach mindspace. It is Located in Madhapur.

I stayed here with my husband at 3bhk, 5th floor.No proper amenities.The windows in the master bedroom are poorly fit. Creates haunting sound every night even with slow wind...really terrible.Owner want to sell it, so every alternate day some stranger comes and knocks the door. We can not deny them to see the house.wood insects grow in cupboards, though pesticide is used every weekThe owner refunded only 10% of 2months security deposited, though we maintained the house properly.

Such a good appartment which is located in madhapur a peaceful and calm appartment in the apartment 2bhk and 3bhk both are available for rent and also good water facility If u are searching for peaceful and quiet area to live dis is the best i think and also have CC camera facility available which is recently fixed one
