Nice Thai restaurant. Good quality food for a fair price. Quantities are correct and the service is very friendly. It didn’t take too much time to get the food, so the waiting time was not too long. As said, a good place to eat good thai.

I was working in Luton all week and tried this restaurant first. Although lots of excellent reviews, I found the food very average. My fishcake starters were disappointing and my main was nothing special. The food was perfectly edible, just rather dull in my opinion.

My wife and I have been here only twice for both our birthdays and we must say this is some of the best food we have ever eaten! The front of house host is very welcoming, the food is beautifully presented and the taste is, we think, phenomenal! We will definitely be returning again and again!!

I have been here fewtimes with the family, the thai food is cheap and one of the best asian restaurant in the whole of Luton (if not Bedfordshire).Due to covid we missed a year, but I am looking forward to go back and try their dishes again!

The best Thai food ever, lovely service.

Had an amazing meal experience this restaurant. Its a small place so can get quite busy but we showed up without a reservation and managed to get seated on a busy saturday night for our anniversary. Having been to Thailand 2yrs ago on our last trip abroad we really wanted to recapture that experience and the food did not disappoint at all. The service was a Bit slow but the delicious food more than made up for it. My husband and I are definitely going back there. We ordered the prawn parcels, winter prawns, bbq ribs to start, the galangal soup (chicken and mushroom hot and sour soup), the weeping tiger, the stir fried rice with chicken, the egg fried rice. Yum yum yum

Had a set meal for two with my wife and two young children to share between the 4 of us. There was something for everyone and more than enough. The staff were happy to box up the left overs so had a second mean the next day ! :)

We arrived at this restaurant for lunch. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. The crew were very polite and we felt good. The meal was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. Recommended.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is superb and the staff adapt the menu to suit individual taste. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Im coeliac, the staff and chef is most helpful and adds things, omits things and ensures nothing is cross contaminated to ensure I have a meal full of beautiful flavours without regretting it later! The food really is amazingly cooked and presented. It can get very busy so always book in advance, but that is a good advert in my opinion. My daughter recently went for the first time, she wont eat spicy and again the food was cooked with beautiful flavours, enough spice that it was very tasty but not enough that she wouldnt eat it, she did actually eat every bite and loved it! The sweets are not abundant, but there is a small selection. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

One of my favourite restaurants. Great Thai food. It’s always busy when I go, because the food is so good. There’s always at least one birthday group celebrating so there’s a good atmosphere. The staff are very obliging. My friend asked for another chocolate mint (that came with the coffee) and he brought us out the box!

Very nice food. Piping hot, even though there were 20 in our party & other diners in the restaurant. Very attentive staff.They bill themselves as expensive, but I dont think so. My meal of starter, main, pudding, small glass of wine, large bottle of water & coffee came to just over £30. Thats about what I would expect to pay & the quality doesnt disappoint.Couple of small disappointments: they could have done with a few more knives sprinkled around the table for those of us not familiar with the culture. And parking was abysmal. It took as long for me to find parking (extortionate fees!) as it did to get there from home & it was an early Monday evening! Not sure what they could do about the parking, but the knives is an easy win.

Good food. Really enjoyed the fresh tastes and well prepared lunch. We had the lunch special which was extremely good value. I had the chilli & basil which was really tasty but very spicy and I like my chilli. I heard other people asking for eg Thai hot or medium. I think Id do that next time. The plates were adorned with carrot flowers and julienne veg which I always eat as the veg content of meat dishes can be low.My partner had the green curry which was also spicy but at just the right level. The rice portion looked small but was actually perfect.The sweetcorn cakes were really fresh and appeared home made and the dipping sauce was tasty too.Staff were friendly in what I call the London way - avoiding too much contact in case you turn out be a tricky type.Many reviews mentioned the decor. It wasnt something which grabbed my attention but thought and care was put into it but largely bland. I did like the elephant pictures.Thank you for a tasty meal.

We were only in Luton for 1 night and fancied Thai food. So glad we found Nakorn! The food and service was up to scratch and the amount of customers for a Tuesday night proved why.Definitely give this place a try!

I have been taking my family to this restaurant for several years now and every time the food and service has been exceptional. There are a few Thai restaurants in the area but, in my opinion, this is the best by far. The staff have always been very friendly and courteous - nothing has been too much trouble for them. The restaurant has a clean, modern look and a cosy atmosphere. The food is very good and its reasonably priced. Ive been there three times now and I will go again. You can eat in or take away. Unfortunately they do not deliver.

Came here after a wonderful trip to Budapest before we drove back from Luton airport to Nottingham. It was a fantastic end to an already brilliant time away. The food was incredible and the staff really friendly. The pad Thai chicken and prawn noodles were delicious. Definitely recommend 😊

Service was fairly ok. Starters nice (soup) bit hot for us though. Had to ask for prawn crackers whilst others automatically received them. Mains - sweet and sour prawns nice. Chilli beef was really greasy. Sent it back and they willingly exchanged it. Also advised us on a much less greasy option. Overall. 3/5.

I used to like this place a lot, have been there for 3 times already. However, after the last time I was eating there, I was vomiting at home. This usually happens when I eat food thats deep-fried in old oil, or oil used for cooking over and over again. So, although I love Thai food, Im not sure I want to risk to eat at this place again. The quality is going down apparently.

Ok.Friendly, quick service, good portion size and relatively low price.Dishes are OK. Flavours are not very well balanced and dishes lack the finesse of better Thai restaurants.Duck salad was crudely executed and the duck was oily in flavour from having been deep fried in batter.Pad Thai was exceptionally sweet and lacked flavours you would expect.Ok for a refuel but I wouldnt bother for a proper meal out to enjoy.

The food was great and the first waiter was very pleasant. The portions were a bit small and some of the veges tasted a bit off as if they used left overs from the previous night. But the very unpleasant thing was getting cheated at the end with the bill. They dont provide an English version and just give the total. Even though it clearly stated on the bill that the service charge was not included- they had added it on! I had to ask for him to total it in front of us and he became very flustered trying to explain the discrepancy. So BEWARE, always check the bill!!!

Unfortunately the standards have dropped since the new chef! The Owner doesn’t seem to care about customer service you’ll only get a smile when you’ve paid the bill, high price isn’t justified by the quality of the food, I doubt the place is halal anymore!

I used to love Chinese food. Then I came here and now Thai food is my first choice when Im in an East Asian or South-East Asian mood.The food is varied and delicious, the staff are accommodating and very good people. Can be a touch difficult in the busy periods, but thats how spoilt they make us feel when were there and its quiet.I have to admit though that my favourite time to visit is in the afternoon. The lunch menu is tasty and thoroughly filling, and the price is about £7.95 per head for 3 courses without drink. Cannot go wrong!

Ermm I have strong reasons to believe that they may not like black people. This is the first time I am experiencing such a thing in Luton where there is an overly focus on white and chinese customers. Does not ask how your food was or whether u want anything else but will walk past you to other customers. Not coming back!

Love this place, one of the best Thai restaurants Ive ever been to

Last year before Christmas I was on my way back home. A very nice friend of mine that I meet in London was driving me to the airport and he proposed me to spend some time together before to leave London. So he came with the proposal to have a dinner in Luton in a thai restaurant because he knew that I never tried this kind of food before. So when we get here, it was half an hour before the closing time. We were hoping that at least we will have enough time to order something and to finish our dinner before they will close. We get in and we order our dinner, but nobody was in the rush there. When we finished our dinner in peace, it was 45 minutes past since the restaurant was closed, when the owner came to our table and offered us a menu to choose a desert from his part. After having that delicious deserts, he came again to us and told us to choose 2 free drinks for each one from the bar. We spent a very nice time together on telling stories. When we left the restaurant it was 2 hours later. We were not expecting anything like this in that night. For us the food was delicious and the atmosphere amazing! That night for us it will be unforgettable!!!! So, if youre around and looking for a place to have a meal, try this one!!! Thank you Nakorn Thai Restaurant, for the wonderful experience!!

Thai food is very close to my heart so I was already very excited to try this place. I can assure you that I was not disappointed. My friend and I ordered the following: Prawn Red Thai curry (extra spicy), Beef Panang Curry (extra spicy), coconut rice, egg fried rice, mixed starters for two and finally a chicken pad thai. The mixed starters came with 2 chicken satay, 2 sesame prawn toast, 2 golden parcels, 2 prawn spring rolls and a small salad, the starters were a perfect start to what eas a perfect meal, everything was cooked well and had some great dipping sauces to go with it. The red curry was bursting with flavour and every bite just got better and better, the prawns were plump juicy and so fresh, theyre cooked to perfection and had no sign of being overcooked. The veg were tender yet left slightly crunchy, just perfect, we asked for a little bit extra spice and were given just that. The Panang curry was also very tasty, fill of flavour, the taste of ginger, coconut and fish sauce surged throughout and the dish was delectable, the beef was cooked to tender perfection and melted in my mouth like butter. The coconut rice and egg fried rice were cooked perfectly worh amazing flavour and accompanied the curries well. Finally the chicken pad thai, this was the star dish and was so good that I almost finished it within 1 minute, the vegetables and chicken were seasoned so well and the dish itself had so many different flavour profiles and textures. If you go there you have to order it. Overall the experience was amazing, customer service was second to none and the decor/atmosphere was also very mature and satisfying. I rate this restaurant a 10/10 as there was literally nothing wrong with it. Exceptional. Must visit.
