Food wasnt upto the mark...and service was too slow...even took 15 min for soft drinks

I am a regular visitor to Ludhiana, books d this place for a very first time.If you are looking for good food & service then place is good to go.Only suggestion to the manager and management of this property, kindly put more hard work towards the Ambience and cleanliness.Otherwise everything of this property is nice.Recommended to visit this place.

Excellent food quality and good staff

The service is pathetic.Despite saying several times, The staff doesnt provide you whats needed.They say water and towels are complimentary but when you enter the room theres not even a single towel, nor a water bottle.Also the staff is very unprofessional and untrained, looks like they cant afford good staff.

Worst food I ever tasted in my life today.It was too spicy that even you cannot try a single bite.Cheese chilly, manchurian, Paneer tikka every thing was made of Red chilly only.Would recommend no one to this branch.On the other side Yellow chilly sarabha Nagar is far much better in taste.

Situated near to the industrial area of Cheema Chowk Ludhiana. At a time, all the varieties of food which are there in the menu card are not available unfortunately. Food quality is good. But the hotel manager is very co-operative and courteous.

Very bad quality and ambience.They have even harming the name of yellow chilli as compared to kips market restaurant. I booked a table and on my visit ground floor was full with some private party and the manager took us to a room which was having two sofas and table and totally smelly and offered us to have dinner there.No one was there and in vacant empty smellu room they offered my family a dinner.

One of the worst hotel, I have ever visited too. The staff was really nice but the hotel did not do any justice. Smelly rooms, pillows. It was a little unbearable to sleep because of that very strong smell. Giving two stars for the staff.

I have a terrible experience, while reading the reviews I booked this hotel on call for my 4 elder people of home. On reaching to the hotel first reception denied the booking, we had to remind them the conversation and for the worse the 2 rooms they offered were under renovation.Be cautious.

Worst place I have never seen in my life. They just ruined the name of yellow chille. Commitment level is zero. No body will do functions at this place. Ac is not in working condition and food quality is not good they are not using fresh cheese. Because on 1st August cheese is not good In cheese corn roll. I have just wasted my whole money at this place . I have book birthday party in his hall but ac is not in working condition. They just cheated us. So pls be aware regarding his restaurant and banquet hall.

Small Rooms, the only big room is 206 which is very damp because of seepage and clearly visible on the roof and walls. No wifi connectivity. However a broadband wifi is there but you need to sit along the router to get connectivity. Inside the rooms, you dont get the connection. The staff cannot arrange to repair the key for the room lock in 3 days. My room was not locked for 3 days because they could not arrange a person who can make key. Such a pathetic service that they could not fix such a small thing.The positive side is food at yellow chilli is good, the service is good, the staff is well mannered and responsive (except that they couldnt repair my rooms lock in 3 days), location is good.

We had Sunday lunch at the yellow chilli. Ambience is average, service was really bad. I ordered hakka noodles and paneer tikka, and requested for no spices, as we had our daughter with us, and she cant eat chilly food. But she came home empty stomach.
