We have been staying at Hyatt Ludhiana for more than 10 days.The entire team is highly energetic and always keen to deliver the best service to the guests. Management team would regularly enquire for the feedback and very prompt for necessary improvement. We had few issues with the housekeeping and after feedback, all necessary action was taken with lot of agility.The best part is the morning breakfast, while food quality is excellent, it becomes a great experience due to the team. They are always on the toes for excellent service, despite rush never saw any compromise in the service level.Special mention to Chef Mr. Hardeep, the way he takes care of guests is actually a benchmark. During our stay, he had been always there to fulfill any ask specially for our 5 year old daughter.

It was a delightful experience to be a part of this great property which was in the most accessible location of the city and yet free from the cacophony. The moment you enter the hotel you feel safe seeing the safety protocols being followed by the hotel. The check-in experience was yet another attraction as they did not make me wait and retrieved my information based on my membership number with Hyatt, reducing the paper formalities to an extent. The rooms were spotless, big enough and totally noise less which I’ve hardly experienced in other hotels that are on the city center. The couch in the room was giant and comfortable and the revolving chair’s comfort eased my business work in the evening. The washrooms were too lavish isolating the bathing section with a bathtub which was so apt to relive your body’s stresses with a warm water fill. The aroma in the hotel ambience was so intoxicating that it will certainly pull you back to this property if you are nearby. Pamper your taste buds with the great quality and taste of food served on their 1st floor restaurant and the interiors of the hotel and the theme undoubtedly steal the show.Lastly, the hotel staff was way too courteous and I was deeply elated by the level of hospitality that was offered to me during my stay especially at the times when I interacted with the Hotel Managers, Mr. Jagvir and Mr. Harneek. Hotel staff makes a big difference while choosing a property to stay in an unknown place. One word – Phenomenal.

An Excellent stay , Ambience is quite soothing, one of the best place to stay when in Ludhiana, located next to Wave Mall , ideally located . Stayed with family for 5 nights , rooms are pretty large, services are too too good, Front Office manager Dhruv and associate Priyam are always ready to help you. thank you both for all the help, Morning and Night food spread is good . highly recommended for all travellers.

If you visit a 5 star property you expect a treatment where things get done for you.Hyatt Ludhiana is not amongst them.The staff is extremely stubborn regarding their rules and practices like if you order food from Zomato they refuse to take food at reception even when I asked them to keep it at reception and I shall take it in 5 minutes.It is the only hotel I have ever been that has a practice of not allowing portable speakers in the premises.If you book a room via reception you might be cheated again they charge you what is being charged at Make my trip but don’t include breakfast.Thus I ended up paying the same amount for same room but without breakfast because I booked from the reception.The Hotel key cards fail too often. I had to go many times to activate the key card.Wouldn’t recommend Hyatt Ludhiana to anyone.The only good thing about Hyatt Ludhiana is their terrace pool and gymnasium.

This is staff accomodation! you see it in pictures .. no door for toilet so you guess how staff..Dont have parking in side for commercial vehicles ! When you plan stay here you need to Drive own vehicle if you hire cab with Driver .. they are not allowed to taxi in side the hotels ..

Hotel is nice but too much traffic on the road to reach Hyatt Regency at Ludhiana. Also the complete road is under construction which makes the scene more worse.

Hotel is awesome for location, rooms are near and clean. In term of service, I feel its inferior than other hotels, not good experience with staffs.

Lovely food and general facilities, staff are fiendly, only real let down is the swimming pool its run down, dirty with missing tiles, and algae, the whole deck area around is also in disrepair -not up to hyatt standard anywhere else in the world and clearly as its on the roof top get no attention or maintenance.

Stayed here during a wedding. Though the hotel is good yet I had the feeling that they cut corners in service.

I was trying to book for dining, I called in Ludhiana Hyatt and some guy picked up the phone and he didn’t answer my question and not even put me on hold and went to someone else and started talking and the lady was saying from behind Aap baat to kijiye to that guy. It seems like two- three star hotel staff is way better than Hyatt Ludhiana. They are well mannered. And after that neither that guy or that lady talked to me and they simply hang up on me. I tried to call again and they didn’t pick. This is how Hyatt customer service is. I was calling from Usa and my experience is worst. If I could zero star, I would for sure. Third class customer service.

We were at Hyatt, Ludhiana for a buffet dinner. The standard of preparation and the service was poor. It seemed that the hotel is short staffed. Overall a bad experience. Would try to avoid next time.

We did Roka Ceremony in December, we discussed every single thing with the Manager but unfortunately it wasnt worth the price we paid. Food was cold,service was very slow, poor lightning, zero decorations, no ambience, low quality chairs. Highly disappointed

I stayed here on 19-3-21. Stay was not so special as per amount charged. Room was good also the staff members are friendly and quick. But, food was very bad ok types. Gym is functionable but is small has few equipments. Afternoons are cozy and silent here ♥️, evenings are very noisy. I went to gym at 8.30pm to my surprised it looked like a desi bar 🤣🤣 with loud pure punjabi music, I was with my wife ,I didnt feel safe in that environment and came back. I would suggest you to go before 6pm to gym then there is no loud music. Hyatt Regency please look into your food quality it doesnt taste good. Rest all is fine 😃🤟. I will be visiting again next after 4 months ,by then please improve your food quality. Special thanks to front desk guys, loved their attitude.

They dont have a accomodation for driver, according to them you are not coming by private cars, room service needs to be improved, breakfast was nice, need to work on quick disposal of queries at reception.

Not worth the amount charged. They dont put on the clean bedsheets and towel sets , also rug was very dirty with lots of stains which is not good during COVID times. Food is also not upto the mark and Gym too have limited equipments and has a loud cheap music. Better ask them NOT to give you a room on 8th floor which has a gym with loud music. I didnt even used the gym came back from the enterance itself, better to take off from gym rather than having headache from loud music. Food is also pathetic, please change your cooking staff, roadside food tastes better than yours. Congested pick up or drop off area. Its better you book the Radisson Blu.

Highly risky place to visit during COVID period. They dont change bed sheets, pillow covers may be due to cost savings... Marks of used pillow covers are clearly visible. Please carry your own bedding + sanitization kit if you want to be safe in this hotel...

Was a pleasant experience staying here

Stayed at Hyatt Regency during my recent trip. Staff were very helpful and polite. We arrived early at the hotel and we were handed the keys without any fuss. Rooms were very clean, spacious, comfortable beds and pillows.Their buffet breakfast was amazing with choice of different food, from continental English to Amritsari Aloo Parathas. Yummmm. I will definitely stay there again!

Such a big hotel chain, but short of staff. The person at reception told us to fetch our own luggage from vehicle and carry it to room ourselves. He chose to treat us like villagers coming to such hotels for 1st tym, just because we decided to convers in Hindi wid him.clearly he was very irritated and made no effort to hide it wid us. Clearly a very bad experience at d reception itself. Hotel is nice otherwise.

I just walked in room today 27-02-2021 @5:40 pm paying Rs 5100/- not even for 10 hours and I was shocked to see the room . Rugs have strains all over. Rooms stink with a pathetic smell.

Food was so tasty n mouth watering..even i cant explain hiw much we liked your food ...really i have never had anywhere. All items are good vegetarian non-vegetarian

DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL!Such a pathetic hotel. Firstly, you dont get a responsive staff. Secondly, the staff does not bother about the cleanliness, it seemed that they had not changed the bedsheet after previous visit of the visitors, the towel in the washroom had a lipstick mark. I request you to take your own belongings and bedding if you are visiting this pathetic hotel. Thirdly, If your room is at 8th floor get ready to miss your nap as songs in the gym are too loud and that too cheap punjabi songs with arrongant wordings and wordings like feem and all, which I guess are never played in a decent hotel and that too in a motivational area like gym, neither the gym trainer was present at any time during my visit or my wifes visit. Food was also not upto the mark, Hyatt chandigarhs food quality is 100 times better and overall also Hyatt Chandigarh has no negative feedback. Lastly, if you visit here during weekends or peak time get ready to wait in the narrow drop off area in front of the hotel. In all senses it does not meet the expectations, rather opt for a 4 star hotel because here you will get the experience of 2 star hotel. Never gonna book this place again, its a sheer wastage of money.

I visited the hotel after COVID relaxation. They surprised with couple of things. First when I asked for a non smoking room. I was give a room in the smoking floor. I had to request for room freshener as it was claustrophobic inside.Secondly the kettle in the room was absolutely dirty to the extent that it had fungal growth. I guess they need to train their staff on checking the basics in a room.The room was clean and and others things were quite ok.Breakfast spread was ok with limited options.Overall I would give it a 3 * . As the price charged was around 4500 per night and I strongly feel that a brand like Hyatt can give a much better experience.
