Was here to visit an architect at his office on the ground floor. Never knew they had commercial ground floor in the housing project.The arena was clean and maintained covid protocols.The community was neat and green.It was good experience to see well maintained housing arena in Lucknow.Keep it up.

The garden arena is done up well with ample parking within for guests as well.The quality of construction is also very good. its a place where you find good and polished people putting up.

Amazing Apartments .I like the way they planned and built it.Every room gets sunlight! And you get awesome views from balconies. The awesome fact is that there are 3 balconies in each flat at all 3 directions leaving the core direction .Swimming Pools , Basketball courts, Badminton Courts, Gym, Local Shops, nearby supermarkets, Malls, Salons etc. everything is available :DI am a happy customer

This society needs some changes at policy level of residence welfare. Needs huge landscape makeover. Building had enough lighting and ventilation. Services were good. Security measures should be considered. Located at prime area and is a good habitat

Nice flats. Really small bedrooms. But I think thats common for group housing these days. Located near decathalon complex and all the cool cafes. Just behind cyber heights.

The location of the apartments is just great. Right next to high court, surrounded by Fairfield Marriott, Haytt and Hilton Garden in. Has a lot of great cafes and restaurants around it. The mall one awadh is nice, 8 cineplex and lots of shopping and eating options. Also waves mall is close by. lohia hospital is also a stone throw distance. The apartment has swimming pool, gym a convenience store, a beauty parlour, a bakery and another shop about to open soon, all within the complex. The apartment had a ATM right outside. It shares wall with Lakme salon, kaffer salon, decathlon and a couple of cafes.All in all a very prime area to be in.
