I have bought one HPL 3 phase sub meter from Kumar Electrical, Latouche Road, Lucknow on 31 August 2020. On these meter there is a guarantee of 1 year. I noticed reading of the meter is not coming right, so i decided to to replace the meter. And the procedure is that if we go the shopkeeper we will tell the problem and he has to replace the meter and give the new meter and i have checked this procedure with other shopkeeper also. But when i took this meter and went to the shopkeeper, his first sentence was that the guarantee is expire, but the date is till 31 August 2021 and second he said that when ever you will come we can not change the meter. You are coming after 11 and half month is over, you shoud have come in 3 to 4 months only after purchasing the meter. Then he said the the phone number of the company people they can do whatever is to be done if they will say i will replace it. Why should i call the company person. When i have purchase the meter from Kumar Electrical.I want to ask then why the company is give one year of guarantee. I am not satisfied with the product.And the shopkeeper has taken the price of the meter plus GST and not given me the bill of GST. I said to to decrease some more amount but he refused to do so and said i have to pay GST and the GST amount is included in this rupees 2700 and when i said for the bill his one of the brother sitting next to him whi has given me the meter he said you bring this piece of paper and guarantee card we will replace it.I am totally fedup with the shopkeeper and his behavior.HPL AFTER SALE SERVICE IS NOT GOOD
