3.5 Stars for the price and stay.I’d say the stay is just about decent at the place and charge.Especially for the place. Rooms are standard for the price.Decently maintained properly, nothing wow.

This place has good services and the rooms are well maintained. The banquet hall is good for small scale functions. I have to make a special mention for the air-conditioning in rooms, which is really good. Given the temperature conditions and the humidity during the period of our stay, they really worked well.

Pathetic food , we ordered a sizzler which was mentioned as chefs special & it was horrible.Only fried rice & veggies with lot of oil were served.In restaurant cockroache were roaming.

The stay at the hotel was comfortable,although requires a little work on cleanliness in corridor.

TV was stuck at one channel. No other channel could be viewed. Ac remote was from other room. Food was bad and overpriced. The staff was very helpful though.

Hotel Sandstone Inn is a state of the art with good mixture of modern ambience with quality amenities. Each section of the property is beautifully crafted with touch of essence! The restaurant is a mind soothing & moods refreshing indeed. Admin. Team must take a serious note to take good care of the outlook of hotel where the nameplate found broken and should be equipped with signage which covered by trees and unable to identify from a distance. Nice hotel and good service

I went for a small get-together, it was organised in basement hall. Ambience is satisfactory, for a small gathering of 40-50 people it doesnt seem crowded but above that, it can be done difficult to breathe. Food is quite ok, just regular flavours. Not much mouth watering, just average taste. Overall satisfactory. Needs operational attention and chef needs to revise the menu and ingredients.

Wonderful hotel, cooperative staff and delicious food are the definition for Sandstone INN. I recently organised a party at their banquet and had a wonderful experience. You will definitely not regret for choosing it.

The hotel is situated in best accessible geographical area, one can easily reach out to it. The services provided by its staff in every aspect is good. The cleanliness of this hotel is what impressed me the most. Food and beverages are also good. The only cons is its Parking facility which can be improved a little bit.

Located at a decent place. Walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, fast food, pharmacy etc.Hotel staff are courteous, rooms are quite small (5x4m) with amenities provided. However, you may need to ask for toiletries, compliment Kenley water everyday.2-4 days stay would be fine. Room rates are worth the stay if youre here for business purposes.

Great ambience, courteous staff, great food( as far as indian dishes are concerned). In main course I veg section could use a few more options. All in all its a good place for fine dining.

Located at easy to reach place. Hygienic & comfortable area for dining, good place for kitty party, office meetings nd other get together ocasións. A good place for lunch as well as dinner also.

Last place in Lucknow to think for. Last night, visited there at 9:30 pm. It took 30 minutes for just one bowl of soup to deliver. Main course was delivered at 11:10 pm after literally getting into a fight. Pathetic service. Worst taste ever. Even 1 star is undeserving.

BEWARE OWNERS! Used to be good and we have done many functions there but now this new banquet manager Mr. Nelson is one real commision khor corrupt man. Everytime I contacted him for booking he diverted me to sign in cafe and lady from there contacted me several times but I dont think its her fault but this Mr. Nelson is the man behind such deals there. Sounds a very hanky panky man and hence I dont think in future me or my relatives would ever prefer this place for any function due to his unsupportive behavior and corrupt personality. I hope owners take some serious step as soon as possible else it will shut down this way soon and places where he sets commision will outshine.

Its really great to a point where you wont have to complain about anything.The hotel rooms are clean and are well equipped.Its at an open place so parking is not a problem.The restaurant here serves some really good food.Most of all the hotel personnel are very courteous and well behaved which is most important. Really exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

Three night stay at this DHARAMSHALA will ever be remembered for wrong reasons. There is no running hot water in the bath rooms. They provide it in buckets. On the night before we were to check out we specifically requested them to switch on the water heating system so that we get running hot water in our bath, yet they did not do it. There is no professionalism in the way the staff works. They are perhaps not trained properly.This place is best avoided!

Sauté is the fine dine restaurant of Sandstone Inn. It was my first visit to this place 2 days back with my friends. Interiors were lovely ! We had rajwada paneer tikka and pan fried noodles. I loved the taste of rajwada paneer tikka but pan fried noodles were total disappointment. Didnt liked them at all ! Service on the other hand was quite impressive.

Very nice newly constructed hotel in a very convenient location. Walking distance from prashashanik Bhawan aliganj. Well sized rooms having all the accessories. Well spaced bed. Courteous staff. Sumptuous breakfast in break fast plan. About 10 kms from the charbag station. Highly recommended.

Interior is good.But no safe provided in wardrobe although it is safe in hotel. Hot water is an issue and complimentary things is only water bottle. That too 500ml. Good is costly. But not worth for Rs. Overall costly for living.

The hotel can be easily located from a distance, the food and drinks is very good the quality of food is so good. The rooms are fully maintained and the house keeping cleans everything really neatly. even the service is commemdable.

Yeah....must say as the name of the hotel gives an luxurious feel and comfort.... It also does in real, not just giving a big and classic name to a pitty and awful thing..... I was really pleased with the service the staffs had provided and the behaviour shown by them..... But somewhere I can see lack in confidence in head-to-head conversation.... And the service was a bit slow as compared to other hotels of same category..... But nit everything in this world is perfect....cheers👍

WoW! is the only impression that I had for this hotel when I stayed here for a week to attend the UPPSC written main exam. This budget luxury hotel with delicious breakfast is wonderful option for those students who have come to lucknow to attend uppsc main written exam at regional center as it is in walking proximity to this place
