Worst pathlab with highly non proffessional emplyoee. It seems Thyrocare had hired some 12th pass students which knows nothing.On 6th done my n my entirefamily members RTPCR done at me residence. I asked when i will get the report they said on 7th by 5:00 pm. Although this much of time is not required. Usaually in 4-5 hrs Covid report come.On 7th when i follow up they replied 2 members report has come rest of 2 members report will come on 8th. For RTPCR we had to wait for 2 day in mean while patient may gets expire they care a damm. Pathetic, their licence should get cancelled by ICMR.

The worst services, a lab can provide...no values of commitments towards customer service...its been almost 56 hours, i have been waiting for my RT PCR test but no report till now...i dont even have any idea of what time they would further need to provide the report....totally clueless....pathetic services...
