The service is extremely poor. Had to wait for our drinks for half an hour. Even when ordering through swiggy, the order was delayed by an hour. The staff here is extremely irresponsible.

I ordered food via zomato app on 29/10/20 and given instructions not to make dish spicy at all. Instruction given thru app and telephone as well to Novotel directly. But it seems they dont care about customer special choice as the delivered dish is too spicy. Reported Zomato team and i am reporting here also with advice to consider customer special instructions otherwise what is difference between a dhaba and five star.

Good food, tried Italian for mothers birthday and some coffee cake. Aglio olio was really nice and authentic al dante

The food and service were both good. Stick to Indian food - recommend. The staff was helpful in deciding what to eat and drink.

I am disappointed with the taste. I found nonveg starters are too much dry to chew. Though they are following lucknowi crusine taste is not upto the mark. I ordered galouti kabab and it was over fried.
