This project is situated in main sultanpur road , entrance is grand ,at present most of front villas are ready bt most of land lying just as it is projected , almost all plots and villas are booked,though as investment its ut as far as using this for residential purpose it takes time .At present rate is around rs 2900 sqft approx.concession must be discussed

Nice property. Smaller and with villas so it will have people living before other such projects. Biggest USP is that it is on main roads and most units are within 20 to 300 mts from main sultanpur road

Rate is high accordingly ,most site is under devloping location is good yet it is around 10 km distances from Shaheed path it is better to choose pintail on the sultanpur road which is around 3.5 km from Shaheed path
