Worst bakery I have ever been.... I order some other cake and they handed over to me some different cake.. and when I went to return it they refused to take it back..And moreover blamed me for placing the wrong order.. I Guess They should first train their staff well and cross check their services then should blame the customer for anything.. coz Customer will order according to what the staff will tell them..They spoiled everything... totally worthless staff.. Zero customer satisfaction.. Wont ever buy anything from here..Never had this pathetic experience from any bakery shop.Quality of the cakes has also been decreased.. cake wasnt even fresh.

Visited on a weekday afternoon to pick some of their famous plum cakes. The place was so busy and the counters were very crowded. But the staff are very efficient and operate in a single window mode - a single person gets your order, packs it, generates bill, collects payment, does any inscriptions on the cake if needed and lets you go on your way. They treat a customer who has come in for a single veg puff and one who has come to pick a 10k order the same way. And, its the first time Im seeing a counter dedicated only for ladies in a bakery. Variety and selection on offer is amazing. They have also items for the health conscious, like jaggery, whole wheat, raggi based items. Best way to get a quick service is to have your list ready and hand it over to the staff. There is ample parking on the side roads like 36th cross. Strongly recommend a visit. And, their plum cakes are rich and amazingly delicious and additive.

This place was the worst experience for me. The services here were so bad and specially the guy who was receiving payments. They even didnt gave me carry bag. I am never going to this place again.

Worst Worst!!One of the worst place to get your cake. I have ordered 2 cakes from them and both ended as a big disappointment. I wanted a picture cake , they said that could only be made on a 1kg cake and when i got it the photo was so small that it could be easily printed on a half kg cake too. They charged me 1000 rs for nothing. No epoc taste. All they want is you to give them money for their profit. No customer satisfaction no quality. Nothing. They even dont care about customer feedback. Also very cheap when comes to give any polybags,god knows what so expensive is about them. Asked for a extra, didnt got . Never ever going to get anything from this place.
