Very arrogant staff specially ms. Neha .I went to withdraw money from another bank account but the atm is not dispense the cash and got the massage for the deduction . So I raised the complaint to my axis bank mahatma gandhi marg Lucknow twice but still not response or money returned it’s been more than 1 month.@axisbank

Hopeless customer service. Very disappointing. No parking space. Entire place is blocked by vehicles of employees. If u r on 4 wheeler look for another bank for banking. How one can open a bank without space for parking. Guards r rude not worth placing in customer service. 😠

Location is wrong on map. Actual location is near Raj Bhavan. Adhaar enrollment and updation service is there. Staff is very cordial and cooperative. You can book online appointment from Axis bank website.

Worst bank in this sector. Bad management, bad branch manager, bad consumer redressal system even the nodal officer for grievances does not respond. Customer care is a horrible experience, not a user friendly ivr intetface, takes at least 10 calls to connect fruitfully. Very bad customer service. I wonder if the manegment even bothers to check reviews and act upon them.
Its a good bank. Although the location of this bank was wrongly pointed and I went near Jawahar Bhawan but couldnt trace it. However Ive sent for editing this location to correct one, as its opposite to Raj Bhawan.

Hi this is Resham Singh from Sweden i gave my documents to axis branch before 4 months for opening international account but they did not open account then i call them from sweden and they tell me they miss my document and they need my document again. It is gola gokaran nath branch lakhimpur kheri and who guy took my documents his name is VikasVERY BAD SERVICE
Very Poor Service. Last 2-3 years services has become really poor. Staff is not trained. They do not know how to give respect their customer. No body cares. I give 0 marks out of ten.
