Sharing my personal experience with Cams. Never buy or deal in any SIP through them, they will make you run for silly things which are supposed to be done online. It is better to invest in SIP directly through your bank or directly with the company you are interested in.
I went to stop my sip. Very professional and forthcoking staff. Took out details of my mutual funds to be entered in the form and provided necessary details.
CAMS is one of the major Registrar of MF AMCs you can directly submit your MF forms if CAMS is registrar of the particular AMC,Cams is registrar of ICICI, HDFC, Birla, Sundaram etc
