My husband stayed there for about 15 days but still two months got over they gave wrong bill in some other name at the time of checking and now 2 months got over they are not even giving right bill..Nobody responds just requesting dont go there we are struggling a lot for our bills but no use no manager responds

I tried chola bhatura here and it was delicious😋😋 The chola quantity was superb as well. It was fresh and tasty. Worth the price. It also has some other nice vegetarian options as well. Its a sweets hub as well. So all famous and renowned sweets are available here. Tried the Malai roll...it was yum. If you ask Me the best chola bhatura that can get in Lucknow is madhurima 👍👍👍

The hotel rooms are ok. Room servicee too was acceptable.Bedsheets were nit so clean and choice of buffet breakfast was limited. i stayed for 2days the breakfast menu did not changed. suggestion is to add more options in breakfast.Good location to stay.

Rooms are okay but if you are comfortable with mice (Rats) then only book the room. Bring your own shampoo, bed sheet etc etc. A dirty floor mat will welcome you to the room. Service is 5 star if you want water today please book it 2 days in advance. They clean the Washrooms only on weekends as on weekdays they are busy. Since this property owns by a sweet shop owner so you will get free fragrance of Desi Ghee in your room without any extra charges.

Madhurima has widest range of traditional Indian and contemporary sweets. Its assortment of some exclusive eatables are worth a try like spicy cashews. Indian food is also one of the attractions. They offer courier delivery inside the city and to other places also. Madhurimas chaat corner is also worth appreciation because of the quality and the serving quantity.

I must say that its a Beautiful Hotel to stay in. The Staffs are Really Polite, kind and helpful. About the room, It is Spacious, Clean and Extremely aesthetic. The Restaurant Food was Great. Amazing Breakfast. Well Organized. Keep it up.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Gomti Nagar. Outter Ring Road is just few Kms away. Access to Malls like Phenoix, Fun Republic and Wave Cinema is easy. Since its in the centre, you can connect to markets easily. The room is clean and the staff is very helpful. Room Service is done on your request and as well as, once you leave your room keys with the receptionist, they make sure that your room is clean. The food is extremely good and tasty. They are know for their Sweets and Puri which is made in Desi Ghee and I must say, its the best. They accept International Credit Card, so no issues atall.

Front Desk Staff is also Very Cooperative. In fact the staff I met in the Hotel are very helpful. Food Quality & Quantity are good. I had Complimentary Breakfast. Breakfast was Awesome. I think Breakfast here is the Best Breakfast in Lucknow. They also have Restaurants name Madhurima Veg. I think Best Veg Restaurant in Lucknow. Neat and Clean Rooms, Specious area, Unique lighting view, Good Hotel.

Its no wonder why Madhurima is famous all over the city. It has a variety of sweets to ponder upon and in inside theres a fine premium resteraunt. Not to forget the snacks it offers like Gol Gappa and chaats. For the snacks you have to get a slip from the cashier . If Gol gappas get too spicy for you then theres an ice cream stall too under the banner of Baskin Robbins. Also Madhurima is very famous for its Jalebi and Imartis .They make it very cripsy and tasty. They dont offer any live musicians if you are concerned but an ambient music is always playing through the ceiling speakers. The staff is very kind especially the ice cream man who gave me an extra and free small scoop of another flavour when I ordered just one scoop. Probably he knew that I wanted to taste that too but didnt want to order a whole full scoop.

Madhurima,is a great place to hang out ,if looking for a quick munchie. The food is good and so are the employees. The super options are also great, but i like the fast food section better. Its a great place to hang out for a small group ,and also that it is nearer comparatively to other food joints. The money is well spent there,and the food satisfaction is achieved

This is a great hotel, the staff here is absolutely the best. me and my husband I arrived here after a long day of touring and traveling, from the moment we walked in the door Paras Khanna was a great host. Directions, transportation, food, everything about the hotel the amenities. All the details needed for someone from out of town. Rooms are big and clean, plenty of room and amazing views.

Its a good plaza which has grown over times.You get variety of sweets, foods and snacks,which are good in quality.Sweets are absolutely wonderful , though priced on the higher side. Paneer jalebi may be tasted once.Northern and southern dishes are ok while Chinese preparations suck. So, I wont ask you to choose Chinese platter.Staffs are good and very quick in service.It has a take away section, an ice cream parlor and a chat centre outside. Its a good place to be with friends and munch on quickies.Its a well known shop,so, ask any driver, you will reach this a place,ife is not very new in the town.

All the reviews stating that the property is awesome are bogus. Room is average, toilet is just like a Lodge nothing like a 4 star hotel. Dirty toilet seat just enough to give u serious infections. Lift from second was not working. Staff is very lethargic they take hours to move like sloths.And the forced breakfast included in room rent is nonsense u get very limited options like dhokla, samosa, veg sandwich, poori and corn flakes. If u dont like any of these things well go out and have ur breakfast somewhere else.

This sweet and Restaurant has a hotel as well which is horrible. They dont even know the basics of running a hotel and the room service is terrible you will have to wait for minimum 1 hour to get the same. The restaurant is a pure veg restaurant and foods are not up to the mark. Bathrooms dirty a big no for non vegetarian people like me. I am not person who generally stays at 5* hotels then also this hotel is not at all value for money with very poor room service.

We had heard so much about madhurima restaurant at gomtinagar.We visited with our guest from other town and ordered for masala dosa and afterwords onion uttpam at around 8 pm on 06.09.2016Never in the life of 60 years we had such third grade onion uttpam like in madhurima. It was like thin hardened paratha and a layer of onion that to thin ,pasted on that. It was so hard by no way you could cut it with the knife provided by it. We had to cut sorry figure in front of the guest. It my request to all pl do not fall in the trap of the advertisement done by the restaurant. It is only a good sweet shop. If any day you make a program of having south Indian food think twice before you step in in madhurima.There are many good restaurants in Lucknow where you will get value for money.

They offer rooms to stay in hotel which are a decent one and they offer food snacks in their restaurant which feels a little costly as per taste, the card swap machine of hotel usually in not working state so may be you need to swap your card at restaurant, what happens with me and my colouge.The rooms is quite spacious and with all basic amenities.
