Its a Run Down Hotel, with poor Management. The Owner Nitesh seems he doesnt know how to run a Hotel Business. The hotel knows how to spoil someones special day and worst quality of food and service. Their service staff and kitchen staff all seems to be non trained contractors. Avoid this hotel, there extremely better & millions of options are available nearby in Gomtinagar & in Lucknow. Dont try this hotel, save money & save time.

It is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. no proper room service and if u have booked a room for 1 person they wont allow a guest even for a moment. They will ask u to wait for someone from the staff to accompany u even if u dont want to and then wont even provide u with the staff. No water bottle in the rooms like in regular hotels. it is place to be .. never ever book this hotel it is the worst place i have ever been

We had a great, spacious room. Upkeep was perfect at this hotel, it looked brand new. Our bed was comfortable. , it was perfect and we could see the TV while sitting in the hot tub. We liked that! It was a quiet hotel and we slept great! The continental breakfast was also very good. We found the front desk to be friendly and helpful as well

Nice place to stay and also for party. I was recently visited on occasion of friends engagement and came to know about this place. Snacks and food quality was good. Internal ambience was also good. Lots of space available for parking infront of hotel. My experience was good and highest recommendation for this place to stay and book for party as well.

I was hesitant to give even one rating. First time I felt that zero rating also should have been available.Not good hotel in any respect.... Be it parking, location, food, service, cleanliness.Male staff needs training in hospitality because they do not know how to behave politely (this is not for Reception staff).We were served stale parathas for morning breakfast. TV was not working. Toilet door was not locking. Dinner was not served though complimentary dinner was agreed to.Management should have stricter controls over operations & staff.

Updating my review after my 4 successful stays at this property.I had very wonderful experience, hotel rooms are quite good. Housekeeping staff is well mannered.Best part of this hotel that i like most is the food quality but prices are little high.You could face little moisture and stink issue during mansoon season.Locality is not up to the mark, sometimes its hard to find a cab in late nights.

Room services were delayed,like had to call for 3-4 times for anything & expected to early check-in as we came frm Delhi and reached lucknow in the morning 7am. But we could check-in after 12. 20 pm. Else other things were good.

As this is the Capital O tagged hotel, I expected more professionalism and better services. Room was not at all hygienic and dirty, I had to call room service thrice to get it cleaned, they brought room freshner but room cleaning was not even done. Very bad experience with the service response.

It was a very pleasant experience. The room was very very clean and everything is painted with white. There was no spot. The hotel staff were very good. They served tasty foods even in night at 11:45 p.m. Hotel staff was very helpful and generous.

To know the location of hotel leaf, called hotel and they guided me in a very polite way and reception staff cooperated for smoother check-in and gave me a wonderful spacious room with clean linen. I would recommend this hotel, for a peaceful pleasant stay.

Room service shuld be better, but besides that it very good specialy reception girls and their management. Good banquet and rooms are also big and clean as well.
