Rooms are quite good but little bit small according to their price range, overall place is good free wifi near to Charbagh station, restaurant facility available.

At makemytrip (MMT) it was clearly mentioned that Hotel Deep Avadh provides free early check-in subject to the availability. We already had a booking. They showed the room to cash payers who finally not booked and left. When we requested to provide us the room at 7 am, they asked for money and said there was no early check-in availability. After requesting they allowed check in at 9:30 am. We had booked this hotel in past years as well but this was the worst experience for the first time. Looks like the staff is changed and they dont give attention to the guests who book from the app. Book this hotel on your own risk because this is not the same Deep Avadh Hotel you might had experienced in past. Really bad.....

I spent only one night here on the way to Dudhwa national forest, rooms are descent but the toilet is not upto the mark. I booked the room over phone and they kept it until I arrived. The service is very good and the behavior of the staffs is cordial.

Staff behavior is very bad

The hotel is located in narrow lanes of Aminabad, old lucknow. Rooms are very very normal, not much of designer look. staff is cooperative and well behaved. Food is really good and tasty, each dish costing around 150/- to 250/-. Tariff is affordable. The famous tunde kababi shop and lucknow famous chicken cloth market are hardly a kilometer away. Network is an issue since it is located in a densed area but hotel WiFi is quite helpful.Overall a nice stay.

Stayed with my family for one night on 31st Dec.,2019 in two double bedded rooms. The stay was worth the money; however got changed the linen and the pillow cover in one of the rooms for some stain on them. The space was very less to use the toilet seat comfortable. Service and cleanliness were acceptable.

The place is very good to stay, they have a very fast service which is not seen in many other places.....they fulfill all your request (atleast they did for me) there were not any problems or points that I have to complain about.... overall its a good place to stay and a great reason is also that its very near the station. And has all the amenities.......for me the most important one was that its has separate kitchen for veg and non-veg food........all in all will visit it again

Nice budget hotel. Its near railway station, little bit difficult to find location but thanks to google maps. Rooms and furniture is old and needs renovation but yes they are spacious. It was a good hotel. Location wise well placed near Charbag Railway Station... No complementary breakfast or anything... Rooms are nowadays not maintained properly even Intercoms not working properly... There are no other means to contact room service etc.. You have to go out of the room and search for the room service boys...

The hotel was at 5 min distance from charbagh station. Service was okay. Hotel is old so the bathroom, ac and linens were not very neat and clean. even they havent clean the room during my two day stay! overall average hotel.

Hotel Deep Awadh is a good hotel situated at the bustling old Lucknow City near Charbagh precisely at Naka Hindola Chowk. I was a solo traveller and my experience with the reception personnel was quite satisfying!! I booked a superior AC room and it stood good to my expectations... except for the AC (which cools but with a annoying sound!!)...the rest location and other things including hygiene and behaviour of the staffs are good! its a very old hotel kind of heritage type at prime location nearly 10 mins from Lucknow Charbagh railway station. Budget hotel for family and solo travellers like me...who likes to travel with little compromise (90% good:10%not good)!! Thanks.

We had to wait for food, the food was oily and unhygienic.The cab service for airport was absolutely horrendous. Even after telling the cab guy that we have big bags 6 he told that all will be ok. And after taking money arranged a small car . It was really difficult to accommodate everything, the driver was squished between luggage and that was really unsafe. Its disgusting how still people care for their commission only over customers convenience.

Its a normal hotel with normal facilities ideal for short stay. But the main problem was the location which is in a very crowded place with traffic jam all day long and even some cab drivers refusing to come there to pick up the guests.

Household staff was rustic, inefficient and untrained. Once you cleared the payment no staff bothered about you. We, senior citizens had to bring our luggage down to the lounge ourselves... Poor show.

The Place is well built but it isnt well kept...The food is resonable and good.The biggest thumb up is that people all around lucknow know the place so you dont have a hard time navigating to it from the place.
