Food is very good , parking of car is little bit hectic here , Mr Jimmy is a very nice and gentleman guy who helped us a lot to manage our function , Overall here you can get everything from surroundings mall .

One of the best hotels in Lucknow at decent prices and top notch services. The hotel rooms are clean and services is very good. The food is awesome as well and the staff is very professional. The hotel has banquets and two wonderful restaurants. Great for local parties. Colors lounge and royal cafe restaurant are there in its premises.

I stayed two nights there on 06 to 08 Feb 20. The breakfast was satisfactory, although service was slow. Coffee was not available at breakfast, only tea. The chef did not seem to know the meaning of a fried egg, despite a poster displaying sunny side up eggs next to him. Rooms should be provided with tea-makers. I paid Rs 11000 per night during the Def Expo, hence the tea kettle should have been the least of the amenities. The room was not equipped with room slippers and the floors were cold. However they brought a pair of rubber house slippers on my request. Hot water was not available in the bathroom after 10 at night, the water was luke warm. Calling the housekeeping staff invited a lecture on the correct procedure of using the faucets. The staff must not assume that their guests are bumpkins, unable to handle simple gadgets. In fact i had also complained about the TV remote not working, which seemed to work when the housekeeper tried it - I received a smirk for my pains! In general, the staff needs to be better trained in responding to requests with due courtesy. The hotel needs to upgrade its amenities and its interiors. The lobby is garish with coloured lights and plastic flowers.

Even though from outside it looks a bit unpleasant but from the inside it is good. The hotel is clean, the staff is polite the service is nice. The rooms are well maintained and very tidy. The room I booked was a very huge room and compared to a 5 star hotel the price of this spacious room would be 3x less (it was around 400 sq. ft. For a mere 3700 a night). Basic amenities were present but the mini bar (or fridge) was not there. The food was nice too. Overall it was worth the money I spent. I would personally recommend you to stay in this hotel if you want to stay in Hazratganj and ask them to give you the spacious room. 👍👍

It was a nice place to stay. A comfort with luxury. Staff is well trained and well behaved. Restaurant of the hotel is really great.After the meetings we need a hotel room where we can relax without any disturbance and having healthy environment. Nearby marketing places should be there and room service should be quick. One more thing hotel Wi-Fi should be fast.

Its a hotel having good rooms for stay. Neat and clean, centrally Air conditioned. They are having one big multi cuisine restaurant just besides the hotel in the same campus. One Chat center is also there in the campus. On the 3rd floor, they have Bar and restaurant also. They are having all kind of facilities. You cant call it a perfect hotel for business stay, but it is good for stay. Centrally located, markets and Mall is in the nearby.

I loved staying here at a reasonable price and the club room is very spacious. Visitors are allowed from 12 to 9pm. They allowed me to take a meeting with my team. overall experience is good at a famous and premium location. Have a wonderful stay.I mentioned above. I could take a meeting of my team in my room as it was spacious and can accommodate a meeting of 7 to 8 people if you book a club room.

Risky, Bad Staff, No AC, No quality, irresponsible staff. AC not working at all. Pathetic Hotel. Whole night ac was not working. Tried calling person from reception and he sent some guy who came and said esa hi hota hai yaha to.Pathetic staff irresponsible people. I told to give another room in morning and they said no for this. they didnt start AC plant, since it was central AC heated room Lounge on top floor, restaurant. Not worth paying 3,000 to 4,000. My restaurant bill was 7000(seven thousand) so u can understand what kind of life style person have who stays in ur hotel. u Shud be giving alternate room to client. This issue is Everytime with this hotel. I have given several negative reviews. they say next time we will take care but they dont.Anyways if still u want to try TRY WITH YOUR OWN RISK.

Its just a ok hotel. I dont know there is so much hipe for this hotel, there is no proper maintenance is there. I like the rooftop of the hotel where there is a colours restaurant where you can buy beers and liquor and eat anything but this is way more costly then the normal prise , Maggie is 198bucks. Now you can imagine the rest, 265 rs for jaljeer,Hotel is just ok. For me as even if im paying 3k as per the. Its only the room tarif if you want breakfast complimentary you should have choose 4500rs wala tarif, seriously its better i will take some other hotel.

I asked for tea bag as tea preparation equipment provided in the room itself as complimentary facility. Room boy brought tea bags in the palm and not in the plate and also found no bath towel in the room or bathroom. Lack of sincerity and standards

My visits mostly include business purpose. first of all, Location of the hotel is quite optimum from charbagh station(25-30 Min) and other areas , couples or family looking for good walk or shopping can can go the mall right in front of the Hotel. Secondly, Hygiene, is good, right across the washroom to pillows, bed sheet and other areas.People who look for Professional etiquette might be little demotivated as these areas seriously lack not to the extent that it is blunt in nature.for eg. Breakfast is not of Buffet system type, limited options that to serviced in room, bathing kit is of unprofessional nature, no tea bags or hot water kettle etc. but all in all a good hotel to stay for a day.

This place requires a complete revamp. The wallpaper in the rooms has started to fall off and rugs are old. The carpet in the lobby is mouldy and rooms bells hanging out of the sockets. Food was good though. Wouldnt recommend you to try their continental anything really. Its appalling

I stayed in this Hotel from 26th to 28th Feb. Believe me when I say, this place is dingy. Every room on the second floor is damp and smells like mold. I had to change my room thrice to get a decent low smelling room. The sheets were stained. Also the food was really bad, I had complementary breakfast and it was horrible. I would never ever stay in Royal Inn hotel now if I visit Lucknow.

Pathetic place. Online pictures don’t tell you anything about how cramped the place is or how bad it smells or how untrained the staff is or how a below average place like this manage to charge premium prices not just fir room tariff but also that items on room service menu cost almost at par with 5 star hotels. We had the added pleasure of loud noise due to renovation work in progress and also the strong of our of paint.Like most others, I wanted to stay somewhere close to famous Hajratganj and found this place with very good reviews. Not the first time I learnt it hard way not to trust any of these micky mouse positive reviews and ratings.Will never book a room online ever, at least in India.Going forward, the only positive reviews that I will consider, will be those from people I personally know.
