Very worst services no time management..whole day require if any kind of service you require.Very very rude staff....

These private diagnostic centers treat patients like fools. First they take your money and give another time to come no matter how long journey you done to reach there.Then when you go there in the given time they say that there is no doctor available and you have to wait for another 1-2 hours no matter which heath problems you are suffering from or may be you are in pain and needed immediate treatment but they dont care because they are money makers who doesnt care about your life for them every pateint isonly a pain.Also the staff is very ill mannered who doesnt know how to treat patients. Please dont make fun of your precious life by going there perfer another diagnostics centre which are far better than this one.

Very poor services and least bothered for patients time, they first take charges and then tell Dr will arive at 10 and normal Ultrasound will be done in between 11- 12 but for just a normal Ultrasound patient has to wait for atleast 2 hours disgusting services and will never go or recommend to any of my known one........

Staff is rude and very unprofessional. None of the covid rules are being followed in this diagnostic center. No social distancing, no sanitisation. Staff is not wearing mask or if they are wearing it then their nose or mouth or both are not covered.

Staff is very unprofessional and careless. They make you wait and continue there own work irriapective of your emergency. Given 1250 for RT pCR but taken only nasal sample, when I emphasis then taken oropharyngeal sample. God knows they used it or thrown away without testing.

.The sitting arrangement is adequate posing risk for Covid...Doctors dont adhere to time of appointment making patients to wait....Behaviour of staff are extremely rude.....Parking arrangement is inadequate......System is outdated, prefering too much much paperwork .

Today i visited mahi diagnostic lab with my mother (Rekha Bhatnagar) for 2D Echo Test and test done at đ1pm and after test staff told me to come after 1 hour for report collection.Till then I visited 3 times and everytime they are saying that printer is not working and take your report after 30 minutes.My mother is in pain due to multiple stones in gall bladder and without this report ,doctor will not operate.This is ridiculous...

The staff is very rude. Ct scan lab technician very very rude. They talked rudely to my father during ct scan. Very disappointed with mahi diagnostic. Pls train your staff. Doctors and staff people are so unprofessional and highly rude. They treat patients as if they are being treated for free.No guarantee on reports authenticity and time management is zero. Even the receptionist talk in a way as if they are doing favor to you.Doctors never cross check the reports before signing in my case even i could validate from my old reports that the report handed over to me is wrong and when i confronted the doctors they did the test again.MAHI is just a money laundering place dont keep any hopes before visiting this so called diagnostic centre.

Got an ultra sound done today. Excellent facilities, vibrant environment, though due to heavy rush had to wait for some time. Used it to explore the Center. It is far away from the normal cluttered diagnostic centers found in Lucknow with no breathing space. This is a well laid out Diagnostic Center with loads and loads of space with waiting rooms for all investigations. Great Job done team Diagnostic.

Extremely third class, unexperienced staff. Wrong reports provided. God knows who is providing 5 star rating. In their reports they told my wife that she has lower placenta whereas this is not the case as tests were conducted in apollo. After going through the reports from Mahi diagnostics doctor in Apollo also said that test is not conducted properly. Please avoid going there.

I was surprised to find such a well designed pathology center. Separate spacious areas for each kind of tests. Separate staff. Not like other centers which just cram all tests in a small area. Staff is very professional.

Worst Centre in terms of Staff and Doctor. The Doctor is Extremely Arrogant and Money Minded. Never Ever Go to this No Class Diagnostics Centre.Ultrasound Dr came to attend after 40 minutes Although the Patient was made to lie on the Ultrasound Bed. Doctor came only when It was highly objected. The Ultrasound Lady Doctor was highly Arrogant and ILL MANNERED.Nobody should go to MAHI DIAGNOSTICS & Govt should Close this Centre.

Things are very systematic at Mahi Diagnostics, separate rooms and floors are for every examination. Patient waiting area is very high class.

Mahi refuses to apologise or take responsibility of their goof ups.Reports are often full of flaws n irregularities.
