The place has ao many varieties but I would say that you should explore more stores. At this store, they were providing very few discounts in comparison to other stores. I was looking for a washing machine which was almost 7-8k costlier than another store. Not because of what they are charging, just because other stores were giving cashback discounts and all.Always look for 4-5 stores and tell them that youre getting this particular product cheap online. They will give you more or equal discount them online.

I have been Reliance Digital customer for electronics.I bought tv first time from chroma Lucknow. It is new outlet with less experienced staff. Staff seemed to be confused around the offers they provide. Most of time the offer they told while alluring customer to buy the product was not available when payment was done. Also card payments was very painful in outlet as they does not seem to have good wifi.As first time customer expected a lot but did not get much benefits .I will switch back to Reliance digital for my future needs.

UPDATE: Query resolved immediately after writing to grievance officer.Thank you.Worst experience. Rude Store Staff. They shouted at me. After taking the money they ignored my calls. Nobody came for installation. The delivery boy only delivered the product.Upasna the store salesperson sold the fridge and after the bill she ignored my complaints and calls.The store manager told me rudely to return the fridge.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE through CHROMA website.They are the worst.. the website is just for a show they dont have any actual, helpful and resourceful services.NO answers or help from customer center as well.They will be eager to accept your order and online payment and then out of the blue order will be cancelled with no reason given at all.There is not even an option in your order history to check what happened or refund status and customer center people are as clueless as you areSO, WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!DISSAPPOINTED with RIDICULOUS SERVICE at CHROMA.
