The mall is in the centre of the city. Bigbazaar, Mc Donalds, KFC, Apple Iphone shop, and other franchises are located in this mall. Its a great place to spend quality time with family. Due to Covid restrictions, the theatre is not operational. Restrooms are only available on some floors. Some of the stores were undergoing renovations.

Beautiful place First of all the clothing and apparels are unique. Most of them are imported quality. The quality is good but what impressed me was the friendliness of the Staff.. They went out of their way to help us with our queries. They are also very efficient in their service.Secondly, theres such variety of goods on offer that you could spend a good 3 hours there just browsing and deciding on what you need and not need.Thirdly, we loved the food at the 4th floor of the Mall. There are little stall of hot food that you can purchase and eat there and then and there are counters of different snacks that you can purchase as much and as little as you want (price base on the weight of the food you select).

You won my heart with your cooperative management and hygiene at Phoenix United Mall.It was an amazing experience spending time in Phoenix Mall after so long. Im from Bangalore and recently visited Lucknow. I was staying with my friend near Ashiyana. It was way back on my first trip to Lucknow, years ago, I had visited Phoneix United Mall then too, but this time, it was way beautiful and happening than my previous trip.I could see significant changes almost at every corner of the mall. Plenty of Greeneries around, the floors and all looked clean and the staffs were well behaved, really. Every now & then, the staffs were cleaning the floors and all, good example of taking care of hygiene specially in the time of covid-19. Many malls started taking this hygiene thing lightly but this Phoneix mall looked trully serious about this.Then as we roamed around I feel like having some tea & snacks so CCD was also there, but my friend took me to Food Court. A lot many options were there. Really. Quite happening it was.But yes, the liftman sounded a bit rude. It dint feel good to me. Anyway, well reach the food court and yes we were hungry but the sad part was it was so houseful that we couldnt get any empty chairs to sit and have food. So, I asked my friend to go somewhere else. Whats the option left?Me and my riends family , we decided to go downstairs and have something outside. So we moved from there.But, thankfully, a staff followed us back and asked about the sitting arrangement at the food court.The man was so humble and well-instructed I guess. He said, I try to arrange something for Uncle-Aunty (my friends parents)Finally, the man arranged the seats for all of us. And oh thankgod. That was a big sigh of relief.Well, now I was looking at the counter for ordering the food, what I see is, a staff comes and suggests that, sir, you can order your food through Dotpe.I said, now what is Dotpe?The guy said, you can do your food ordering through this Dotpe Kiosk and well bring your food order at your table. It is too houseful and it will take time. So, I will help you out in this. I thought, he is doing this for tips may be. But then he himself said that there is no worry at all sir.The staff said, since Sir and Madam are senior citizens and seem hungry. That is why it is our Food Court Managers instruction to help those customers who are with senior citizens or look tired or clueless.I mean really? No food court manager and no Malls does that. This is really really surprising and helpfull of your food court manager and the team. I guess that is why Lucknow is Called Tahzibon Ka Shehar if im not wrong. Ive seen not even 5 or 7 star malls donot are for the visitors. Anyway,Im totally inspired with the Food Court Managers gesture and his team and Mall staffs. Trully, worldclass!Unfortunatelt, I couldnt meet Mr. Upadhyaya Ji ( I forgot his first name) as he was on off that day. But would love to meet him for sure in my next trip. Best and bigger size mall inside LDA market ,good parking services ,good play zone at top floor where you can play simulation games and 2nd top floor have number of restaurants of Dominos and many more fast food companies.

This mall is located near Nahar(Behind Piccadilly). It is a nice place with most of the outlets. There is ample of space for parking here as well.

Almost every brand is present and big bazar is there. There are streets foods shop are there just outside the mall and they have very good taste in each and every dishes. Eco garden is just behind this mall. Infront of Phoenix mall metro station is also available which is very easy to reach this mall..thank you...😊

Parking lot is much impressive. No rush, no waiting. I seen a thing which is not available in other malls that is a guard at every escalator. They help the old people and many others with children and household items. All type of shopping, cinema, foodies, furniture house are main attractive here. Decorations of this mall is very great. Only watching decoration everyone feels inside pleased and happy. Parking charges are same like other malls. If you want to roam entire mall, one day is less for it.

A good mall nearby. It has all the options which make it much easier for me to just visit and grab it all. Apart from that all good brands namely, UCB, Pantaloons, Javed Habib, Soch, Reliance trends are available.

Nice big mall but escalators dont work anytime, very few lifts, no sitting places. Rest you can find many brands shops here thats a good thing. But major brands are not here.

One stop shop for most of your entertainment needs in Lucknow. Decently maintained, convenient and has a variety of shopping, refreshing and entertainment options.The experience with the rest rooms was not good enough for a mall of this size and stature, perhaps it has got to do with the users who misuse the facilities but the buck stops with the maintenance staff to maintain levels of cleanliness similar to the ones in other parts of the country.

I only like this mall over in Lucknow.Its location, n everything is very good

Mall environment is good it is having big bazar as a supermarket.A lot of stores are there Inc Marks ans Spencer, World of titan, puma, nike Veromoda and various brands.In front of the mall there is a stand alone store of Reliance Trends and Croma elec.Overall good but there is hygeine issue in the washroom area of the mall that needs to rectified.

Nice place constructions were started in 2006,prior this mall there was a Vegetable market over here Which later shifted next to it around 100 meters far.

Phoenix United Mall is one of the best mall in Lucknow. The mall is quite big. You can definitely have a good shopping experience here and you can watch a movie too. This place is good for shopping with beautiful and attractive decoration inside mall. It is looking clean and green inside.

Phoenix is quite a great place for shopping as well for foodies. Pantloons here is great as well max showroom. Although if you are coming here to shop you should definitely visit the max showroom there. Mc Donald is at the ground floor and food court is at the top most floor ( 4rth floor)

Nice Place to visit but dont try to eat anything at the food court as simply you will feel cheated as the prices are very high comparitively to the items being served and food quality is also low.Even for a small cone of ice cream you have to pay Rs.130/- per cone(smallest cone yellow colour) at desert shop at the top, which you can have at outside shop hardly for Rs.20/-.Try to eat at the branded shops like McD, domminos, KFC their prices,quality & quantity are reasonable.
