Reception staff is very rude. They don’t deserve to be in the hospitality sector. On top of this they have rules which they don’t themselves follow. One of the rules is ‘Male guests now allowed’ 😄Some of the rules they don’t follow themselves. Eg. they have written that they don’t allow non-veg but have Bhuna Gosht in the menu.

Its one of the best amazing hotels in Lucknow. Staff is supportive and they serve an amazing buffet in breakfast. Delicious food and rejuvenating masala tea was best. Although they stare if you stay longer in the breakfast area 😂. Rest everything was fine. Rooms were great and washrooms were clean and hygienic. They give you refreshing bathing soap and shampoos. Quality is really good. Although the terrace restaurant doesnt Serve variety. Especial thanks to Mr. Anshul for making our visit wonderful.

SHOCKING ! These guys doesnt care about the guests. They made such mouth watering breakfast with hell lot of options that one cant resist and end up overeating and finally swollen tummy whole day.I felt their staff is groomed with some kind of sorcery in client relationship that you will feel like staying more with them even if your trip is complete.Will review again once i come back to stay with them sometime later. 😅

Hotel Lineage has got spacious rooms with proper facilities and hospitality. There will not be any chance of complaint. Complimentary breakfast was just amazing. There were so many items for the breakfast that youll forget the names of each item. Although I did not ate all the food items. Proper sanitization at the entrance was also available. Rooftop restaurant is also there.

Ive hosted and attended many ceremonies at Hotel Lineage. Our overall experience has been good. But yesterday I was disappointed with washrooms. It was having bad odour and not properly cleaned/maintained.

The check-in was smooth even at 1am in the night..all thanks to Mr. Harsh at the reception. The room was neat and clean..did not have much of the view from the window. Room was equipped with all the amenities from dental kit to hair dryers. The linen was clean and room was spacious enough.The staff was very well behaved and polite. The breakfast spread was buffet and had ample options. Tried in-house food that was yummy too. Talking about location,so it is little far from the major city attractions but at a major location that is Sahara hospital. So you can easily get Ola Uber at any point of time. Overall had a hassle free an great stay at Hotel Lineage. would definitely recommend if anyone is looking for future stays.Hotel had everything you need to have a good time with your friends.

Excellent food! Visited to attend a wedding. Starters comprised the most delicious finger food and the buffet was equally satisfying. From soup to dessert, everything was perfect. The hotel needs to work on its ambience with décor that may not be loud but should at least impress. Also, no elevator to the hall that was the venue made it impossible for the elderly to reach and bless

Hotel Lineage is a big property and next to Hotel Novotel. Location is good. Staff was courteous. Time I visited was marriage season and hotel was fully booked, so there was smell in room because of earlier check out. Apart from it, enjoyed my stayLocation and food are plus points

The hotel was great. The price ofcourse was on the higher side. We booked 19 rooms over 2 days. The staff were excellent. The reception was excellent competent staff. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The wedding hall was excellent aswell. If you can, get married at this hotel.

3-star hotel with Royal courts and Galaxy large halls. Rooms are quite good. Clean and hygienic hotel rooms will make your day. Foods available here have the awesome taste. Youll feel the Lucknowavi taste here. Room service, house-keeping is good. Parking zone is available but good for small cars. Good for small functions and receptions and engagement too.

The WiFi is slow. The receptionist gives you only 1 key when you check in and refuse to provide you another one. The Television are set up with Tata Sky, however the channels dont work. It will ask you for payment/subscription to watch any TV program. The breakfast is good, but again you need to battle it out for a cup, as the hotel has a shortage of crookery. The view from the roof top restaurant is pleasant but the music is boring. The bar doesnt sell bottles, which is a big turn off.. Not a place to visit, would definitely suggest Novotel as a better option..

Rooms are fresh and aesthetically designed, no fancy furniture and designs, sober choice of colours.The restro bar at the top floor adds upto their overall hospitality. I just didnt found the food to be much tasty and delectable as being in lucknow it is naturally expected to finger licking food.
