Location is not so good , food quality is good if ordered in room, or al carte at Caprice but same.in buffet is not worthService is substandard during dinner and very slow , though since I reported they were providing good items directly in table but as such no taste in any of the items ,
My last weeks experience was little concerned about breakfast and room cleanliness. Variety and quality of breakfast was far too less than we normally used to enjoy before.I asked the manager on duty and they gave me reasons that several staff have moved out due to Corona and the occupancy is too low at the moment.
Worthless. Property is ok but very poor maintenance. Booked it for 8 days but could not bear it. Left on 4 days and changed room 3 times in this.AC not working, flush not working, lights nor working, etc....Staff is co operative but have no option other than....change the roomAfter full tired day, Everyday I struggled there for maintenance issues till midnight.Highly disappointed and dissatisfied
One of the worst experience in Radisson. No temp check while entering, service was very slow-had to call multiple times for any service , overrated food items. Chose a 3/4 star property for experience but it came out like a 2 star
It is one of the worst franchise of the group. The services are below par and it takes eons for simple things to take place. The price is similar to any other Radisson hotel but when it comes to providing amenities, please dont bother, either they dont have it or it is unserviceable. Better stay in some other reputed places.
The stay is awful. It doesnt feel like that I am staying in a well renowned hotel chain. As I entered my room it was smelling badly. The suite room didnt have a menu card. There are no bathrobes in the room. The hotel is not so clean and makes me feel that I am staying in some ordinary cheap hotel. The room is not worth the money I paid, such rooms are available in the market at much cheaper prices. I regret staying and believing the hotel chain. The hotel is not upto my expectations. Highly disappointed from The Radisson Lucknow. They really need to bring changes. I will not recommend people to stay here.
Well. Putting only a blazer dont make you a gentlemen. This is Radison and worst Radisson I have ever visited.At first they have a check in time of 3 oclock. We inquired about early check-in and they agreed and then only we booked but person at the reception was treating us as if we have done some crime to ask early check-in. They made us wait till 2: 56pm . We are with whole family, kids and wife .Their rooms were shown empty a day before till late night in online booking app and even then they managed to say they are fully booked.Their check-in takes ages.Bathroom shower didnt work at all. ( Photo attached).Cleanliness is much better in some charbagh hotel then this Radisson. ( Attaching some photos).Door bell of Room didnt work. Asked room service and they ignored as if let it be .Never ever check-in in this hotel. Very small property with poor management, little choice over breakfast and that is even very poor.I dont know why Radison is downgrading its name having tieup with such third class Hotel.
Hotel is pretty but room is dirty dal spred on wall after the complain they said that saf to karvaya tha and on floor there is glass pieces while putting ac complain in morning 7 then 9 they came by when I am checking out such think I really dont want to share such a worst experience.this all are very basic think which I am mentioning.
Hotel is good but not value for money, it feels overpriced. I faced door lock issues because their card key was not working. However, I really liked the behaviour of staff, very helpful. I hope they focus to resolve their technical issues.

The hotel is good and it is in the heart of the city. The food quality and taste was horribly bad. Rooms where well cleaned and maintained. Staffs where not up to the mark. They where not proffesional unlike other Radisson Blu. I am a regular guest of Radisson Blu in mumbai and other part of cities.

I booked This property basis the brand and their service in Radisson Noida 18 but --Radisson Lucknow is equal to an OYO or FabhotelRoom Size is Very SmallCarpet is DirtyProperty is very very small so you wont get the feeling of luxuryWhen i entered i was surprised to see the size of the room which was extremely small.Light not WorkingNo Shampoo in the washroomInternet Speed is 1.9 MB Download and 0.99 MB UploadOverall, if you want luxury feel then avoid this hotel basis my personal experience of staying in Hyatt, Marriot, Radisson Noida and as a matter of fact, Fabhotel that i booked in Goa during Dec which was way better than this property.So Avoid Radisson Lucknow. My personal experience but choice is yours.. money is yours. Better pay a little extra and go somewhere else
My wedding was on 15th July and my family checked in on 14th... We got the rooms on time but the amenities were missing in some of my relatives rooms(tea coffee,mugs , towels etc) bedsheet looked used by the previous guests. I wanted to connect with one of my relative and tried the instructions written on dial pad to call room to room guests .it didnt work, and I was furthr shocked when called front office( we cannot connect you from one room to another, call your guest through your mobile phone ..really!!) Disgusting was only one key to guest even when the room was on double or triple occupancy. Is tht correct? Just because we were wedding group , you treated us like this... Whereas we paid the amount to wedding planner and room was included.. so stop treating wedding group like no one business... In everything they said due to covid we dont hav this or that service . however, most of the service staff were without masks, gloves and looked like staff uniform was not washed from many days, no proper shoes..Food taste was Great without a doubt..Two team members who were helpful was Mukesh from fnb and a guy from front office (little short n healthy)Team housekeeping was helpful on the floor To open the the rooms and same time it was risky as thre were not confirming the guest name before opening the rooms.We were supposed to check out on 15th but made booking for another night through online and asked front office to keep 4 rooms ready. Very smartly they assigned our wedding rooms only . Which was okay .but again no bed sheet change, dust bin not clear , one of my relative bedsheet was full of Mehendi, no bathroom tissues... In short it was pathetic and the booking was on direct payment..Even the managers of the hotel looked not interested in the guests or in the wedding group guests :)

The property is fine but it needs Renovation, the hygiene is good but not much cleaniness , the furniture is very old, the carpets are very dirty and it not even qualifies as a 5 star hotel. Some of the staff members are very well behaved and supporting but other are just stupid and dont know what theyre doing.

I booked for 3 nights.The first day the room that they gave us was ok, but it was a corner room right next to the emergency exit, and because of that, there were noise the whole night. The soundproofing of this hotel is so bad.Next day we asked for a room switch. They didnt switch instantly but only until evening. The room in the first looked ok, but afterwards we found out that they made the bed king size by joining two seperate beds. It was so uncomfortable to sleep in that setup.As if this is not enough we found bugs in the washroom (a lot of them coming out from the drains)And some bugs in bed too.We asked for disinfection and sanitation of the room when we went out. When we returned, nothing much changed other than the bed being remade.As if this is not enough, we have to call twice/thrice for a simple service like water. I dont understand whats happening in this 5 starUntil I double ask, nothing was delivered.I have videos and pictures of bugs from the washroom.Coming to the breakfast, the variety doesnt match the 5-star buffet, and the taste and quality was also not upto the mark. It was just average, so much so that we didnt take the breakfast the third morning and went out to take some fruits.This is where I lost it, There was some hotel staff guy who stopped us from going to the room for just carrying those fruits.He was rude, inconsiderate, and he literally schooled us to go out with it like we are some kids.I dont know from what book of hospitality he had read such behaviour, but it was utter embarrassment for us.Is this even Radisson?
Tired hotel!The hotel staff was very disinterested in guests, rooms had a dated/vintage feel and you have to pay for everything through the nose. Throughout our stay, the air-conditioning was an issue-i think that because of low occupancy they switched off the air-conditioning during the night.There are numerous alternatives that are cheaper and better-unfortunately we couldnt stay elsewhere due to some last minute change to our itinerary.Stay here only if you have to.

Almost everything was to my satisfaction, except the curtains of the bedroom, which has to be good enough not to let any bit of light to come in. But I was disappointed to wake up with the bright light in the morning, as I wanted to sleep a bit longer. That needs to be taken care of, ASAP!!Food was very delicious and the staff were very courteous and served with warmth.As it was wedding season, there was lot of ambient noise outside my door during the odd hours, which is unavoidable though.Check-in & check-out was smooth and the duty manager and other front office people were very helpful as well.I had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

1.The AC is set at 21 and it wont come below that temperature doesnt matters what you do and I keep sweating even after a technician checked it.2. They keep on serving stale tea which they have stored from 2-3 hours.3.The towels smell strongly of bleach4. The gatekeepers dont recognize me as a guest even if I am here from last 9 days and they keep on asking where am I going every time I enter5. I have to ring every day for the water bottle that comes 2-3 hours laterI am writing this because I am sweating at 2:45 AM because AC is not cooling enough to let me sleep
Stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Lucknow. The hotel is located in the relatively busier Qaiserbagh area and one might find a bit hassled to get there, but once you arrive at the Valet Parking, everything else is taken care of and the comfort inside is worth the effort.The hotel is marked a 3 star property on Google but hotel claims it to be 4 star, provides open parking at the ground floor itself right outside the reception area. Mine was a Deluxe room on the 7th floor but water pressure was not an issue. Size wise the room is okayish but well furnished and not cramped. Getting my choice of TV channels in my room took some time but was eventually done. The room had a comfortable bed to wind down after a hectic day in the office.The top floor has a swimming pool, Spa and Gym. The hotel follows CoVid appropriate behaviour and Swimming Pool was closed at the time as part of restraints.The restaurant had a nice ambience with live music, though by rookie singers, at night. There were decent and lip smacking options in the buffet both for dinner as well as breakfast and served by very courteous staff. Restaurant Manager Mr. Parvesh along with Reservations head Mr. Nishit Mangal offered a truly spoiling hospitality despite the pandemic restrictions.

I have stayed at multiple properties of Radisson across country in past but experience with this property was very disappointing. Guy at the Front desk was very rude and was least interested in making the guests stay comfortable. Service is really pathetic here. Staff doesnt give heed to your requests. Stuff requested during in-room dinning for dinner was not delivered till next day afternoon.Most shocking was finding oil mixed with water coming in washroom. I reported this issue to house keeping staff but despite being a serious health issue, no action was taken for almost 1 hour. On reporting this issue second time, i was assured it will be resolved in 10 mins but again no action / response for another one and half hour. This shows how much value they give to guests health and safety.My faith and trust in brand Radisson has shaken to the point that i will think twice before staying in any other Radisson property.

When we checked-in , they told me that outside food is not allowed. When i got to the room and requested for the Food menu, they said we dont provide a menu well tell you the menu on call you can order. Trusting them, I ordered food all weekend (I couldnot go outside as UP has weekend lockdown and even zomato and swiggy is closed) , They charged 149 for water-bottle and 170 for a cup of tea . For a small coke can they charged 149 . Dinner of a simple daal chawal aloo ki sabzi and 4 roti was charged so much . . They didnot even provide the bill and asked me to make payment first during checkout and then provided the bill. I was showed the prices in the menu during that time only.This has been the worst experience ever. How can someone charge so much even for small things like water and tea .

You have to keep in mind that this hotel is an old property, so the carpets in the room are old. There are no views and its in a very congested area. The food is great, the staff is accomodating and very very helpful and the washrooms are clean.
Staying in radison was mesmerizing experience...hotel service was good,snacks and dinner were hygienic and tasty. The way of attending guest at reception was quite comfortable....
