Extremely poor arrangements. We had wedding planned there and last minute it was terribly ruined. The AC wasn’t working.Shailendra was informed to arrange table fans which took too much of time.All guests were very annoyed due to no cooling.I won’t recommend this place for any further functions.

The place is good for family gatherings, big and small. I really like their decor and catering services. The food was delicious too. However the elevator and area around it could have been more clean and tidy.

Weve been here to attend a friends marriage. Ok-ish facility in an area with not much to do.Our room had a view on a dirty wall. Not sure if to call it view since the window faced a closed and narrow space.Warm water took forever to come out from the shower.We asked for Iron and board, one guy from the staff wasnt able to open it and left it on the floor saying we were supposed to iron our things there (waited for a tip anyway). We opened it moments later with no troubles.Part of the staff is cold and arrogant, however the kids doing room-cleaning are very friendly and happy to help - I guess because they are from a lower caste. Leave all your tips to them, youll make their day and they will show some real appreciation.Having said that, book your stay elsewhere unless you have things to do in the immediate proximity of the hotel.

The stay experience is not so much good.Two star cut because of below bad experience.Room has no proper ventilation system except AC dependency and that provided AC even could not able to cool the small room.Sweating had happened all the time of the stay. Second the mattress of bed was not comfortable,felt that its helical spring based design but major drawback felt was it get pressed to such extent that level of upper body portion got down wrt to lower body portion. So again bad experience.

A decently good hotel in lucknow whuke coulsnt find any better ones on the sitapur road as we were there to attend a wedding. the location is neat, rooms r spacious, room service is ok. The restaurant on terrace serves good food and is definitely well decorated for local standards.. family rooms have premium sanitaryware and mostly a well maintained appeal. lighting in corridors could be improved. overall good value for money for a day or two stay. it also has a neat banquet hall and a sizable lawn to accomate parties and wedding occasions.

Entrance might look a little narrow but its big and plush inside. Banquet is spacious and food was awesome. Quality and taste, both were very good. Parking is on road but is ample in quantity with ballet service.

So, We were looking for a place near AKTU campus, and got this hotel at only around 3 kms from the campus. The hotel is really nice, the staff is polite and the services are good too. Room was pretty clean, also had to mention that we got a upgrade from Deluxe room to Executive one at a nominal rate! The breakfast buffet had enough and catered to the tastebuds smoothly! Would love to stay here next time around!

Found no manager there, no monitoring and waiters were enjoying themselves by sleeping in the hotel rooms meant for customers.

It was a very bad stay. The hotel staff was very well miscoordinated. My breakfast was complimentary with my bookings but still they asked for payment. I asked for water from housekeeping and the same was provided next day. The room charges are exorbitantly high than the quality of services provided.

The Rooms at the Hotel The Revanta were overall good they were spacey,airy and cosy. And the view from the hotel rooms was also breathtaking..... When we reach the top floor,terrace of the hotel the View of the Lucknow City that we get is Awesome...The beautiful city of Nawabs looks beautiful....Its majestic....The feeling that you get there is mystic ... The Roomseevice guys were also helpful..they attended our calls without delay..and brought whatever we want in minutes.. The Food😋 served at Grill House was also mouthwatering..Food is one of the most important part of Hotel stays and it should be of best quality... The Reception people were also nice.. They carefully heard our problems..and gave solutions. Overall all is well.

I am disappointed with the marriage decoration provided by Revanta. They havent delivered what they had promised. During initial discussion they promised heavy decoration but on marriage day, they have used very less material for decoration. It seems they are more focused on cost cutting instead of customer satisfaction.

The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. If we were to travel to Lucknow again, we would definitely stay there again!

Attended a wedding reception.good hall,nice seating arrangement,open stage,nice decor,service ok,food quality theek thak.chiken masala & chiken kabab & chiken roasted-at least I didnt like the taste.chiken masala gravy was ok but the pieces in it were like boiled ones , put straightaway in the curry.no marination and no slow cooking in gravy so that the chiken pieces absorb the flavour of the masalas .chiken tikka/roasted more like boiled pieces and grilled.chiken kebabs lousy.mutton galavati kebabs were yummy and mutton biryani nice with soft pieces.

Too many marrige ceremony ,not very cool place to stay during marriage seasons and far off place from the city ,u can reach either by self car ....or hired can ,so better to take hotel in the city ,so money will।be saved for transportation and u can stay in mid of city ....hotel should give better offer for stay or should arrange pickup and drop cabs

Great hospitality

5 star hotel at Sitapur Road. Room is too good. Neat and clean washroom room service is very good. It has a terrace restaurant with gym and in basement it has bowling, snooker table, table tennis, cricket simulator, play station you guys enjoy it very well.

The Hotel was excellent. The rooms were very spacious, provided with all amenities. Room service was quick. The complimentary breakfast was good.I would recommend to stay there if you are visiting for holiday or business trip. They also provide with ensuite rooms for business travelers.They did have a wide range of activity areas such as gym and bowling etc. However, Bowling is operational only from 10AM to 10PM.The only negative point that I found was the hair dryer was not functional in the restroom.All in all, it was a pleasant stay at the hotel. I do recommend a visit.

We had a workshop in this hotel and stayed there also. As soon as we reached, the reception staffs greeted us politely. The rooms (ours and others) we clean, room service was quick, the food was good.

Revanta is one of the best hotels I have visited. It is situated on the main road so there is no problem in locating it. The rooms are very good and the services such as food , drinks etc. all are very good. Facilities provided are worth your money.

Ok so this place is a major NO-No...I came to this place because I had a wedding to attend in the near by area...now I dont even know where to start. 1. the rooms are not clean, they are dusty. 2. the ordered food take ages to come. 3. there is no communication amongst the staff. 4. the staff is rowdy and disrespectful. 5. on top of it...to top it all the lady at the reception abuses. if you want to spoil ur mood...and get robbed come to this property.Had there been a star less than 1 I would have given it.Overall good place ruined by pathetic staff

Hotel Food Is So Costly...Students Cant afford The hotel Food...as like me..i couldnt afford the food..so i went outside to eat lunch and i packed dinner for the night..In the revanta.tea price was 129 rs. plus g.s.t...i was shocked...so i will give 4 star...well hotel room,service, staff,atmosphere was awesome...neet and clean..everything was perfect in the room...

This is a three star hotel. We went for dinner. Food was just okay. Ambiance is above average. Service is slow.

Comfortable room, big size portions on room service orders and hospitality at the best makes revanta a pleasant stay. I asked the reception for a place to get shave outside and to my pleasant surprise, they had an in-house saloon too :) Good for kids and families.

We had a really bad experience in the hotel. We were present with our family. We had kids with us. The service in their restaurant is very poor. The food was served atleast after 45 mins of wait. They cannot handle a big crowd of people. Room service is pathetic. A number is provided for room service but no one picks it up unless you directly call at the reception. Fittings in the bathroom are leaking. Overall a very bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Quite Ok but rooms are very small.. and Dinner was tasteless..I have been here twice. As mentioned rooms are very small and that too not so good in terms of infrastructure.. No proper parking space for vehicles.. From outside it looks quite decent but inside its not as good as it looks from outside.Now for the Dinner. It was tasteless.. Although you have many options available right there in the menu or if you choose buffet. But as mentioned it was tasteless. I was not able to enjoy the food right there. They have available both the options Vegetarian and Non vegetarian..Now for breakfast it was awesome. I had enjoyed breakfast everyday during my stay. And it was complimentary. You can get everything in breakfast which starts from fruits till eggs. You have available different parathas, idlis dosas and all possible breakfast in the complimentary breakfast..One can visit if they improve their dinner quality and if they can provide proper parking space for vehicles for the travelers who do travels with vehicles..👍👍👍👍👍👍

A good place to visit. Good food but they need to upgraded the quality of the food. Our (as I visited here with my family) first visit was awesome and decided after a month to back there again but we really disappointed with the quality of the food though the taste was good.

This hotel is good for people looking for stay around Sitapur Road for Business purpose. Though i booked this one of my cousin was getting married around same vicinity. Facilities were all right, i was little disappointed by the room size of deluxe room. This was smallest room i have ever stayed even if i compare this with central London hotels. May be due to too much furniture in small sized room. Facility wise - Hot water was not available in the bathrooms, no central air conditioning, rooms AC was fine, breakfast was average, reception was small. Service was very nice friendly staff. Just to conclude the money i paid for 1 night it was real value for money.

I we went to book this hotel for a wedding ceremony. It was not a gud experience. Rooms have no ventilation. Very suffocating and smelly, pathetic styling. And the tariff is like any high end hotel. Very dissapointed.
