Pl. don’t purchase from them especially online u will get trapped. I ordered two Tissot watches their customers service is pathetic. They will sent payment link on what’sapp or email don’t ever deposit money through it. U will not be able to track your order. When you call them they will make false excuses. When you ask for a refund they will refuse to do so. You’ll get tired of arguing her urvashi in my case. Hope this helps........

The customer service is appalling and literally the worst I’ve ever come across.You can’t really track the watch after ordering it online. When you call them to enquire about the whereabouts they mislead you and say that it will arrive by a certain date. But then it doesn’t. Then they stop answering calls. Don’t reply to emails. When you ask for a refund they show impertinence and refuse to do so. The salesperson just tells fibs. You’ll get tired of arguing with her. I’m disgusted with them and would advise everyone to be careful.
