Customer care service of Vi is very poor, despite of submission of all documents, they are not registering my new address even after 1.5 months. They are giving reason for delay is locking of ID of person responsible for making changes in their system. What rubbish.

Unprofessional and rude staff, (Beenu)I went to pay my bill today the staff named Beenu refused to give a receipt for the amount. When I asked her the reason “she told me to either pay the bill without expecting a receipt or leave.Bad service This lady Beenu has taken professional and Vodafone store to a different low level .

I think 0 is too high for your staff, u should hire well educated staff with good manners, for single SIM card visited 3 times, still not working what the hell is this...... I wanna talk to CEO of Vodafone if anybody have any contact please let me know 😠😠😠😠😠

Vodafone is only to create problems they cant ever give solutions to your problem.They dont have any any options for cash or card payment here, the staff told me to go to Bhootnath office to pay by card thats how these people are managing their office.They cant even opened their web page in their office as their page sucks.

Paid advance recharge of Rs 202/- for converting from post paid to prepaid, but they didn’t gave any receipt, rather said that i will get message. No message and my phone yet to activate due to pending recharge. Now i have to visit store again to remind them. Very bad...

Staff are very very bad..in one of the case one of lady staff has taken cash of rs 200 for changing postpaid connection to prepaid connection and denied to give receipt and finally recharge also no happened on my phone

Customer services are awesome. The Representatives are dedicated to the work and try their best to resolve the problem at the earliest possible time.

Worst experience. You will have to wait for a long time. Staff is inefficient and they tend to engage in worthless communication with clients.
