Good hotel, beautiful room and all service available. Only problem is GreesySpoon resturant. Food is tasty but service is too slow. Rest its great hotel to stay.

It was one of the cleanest hotels I ever visited. Staff was courteous and helpful. Above-par property. Location is good. Exactly on the highway but soundproof rooms make sure that no truck horns disturb your morning sleep

This is really a nice property if you compare with others in terms of pricing. It is situated at Chinhat, beside the flyover on Faizabad Road, Lucknow. In terms of architecture, it will give you heritage feeling. Really very nice and attractive ambience. Top class hospitality make it standout. Food quality is also good. You will find swimming pool, gym and other amenities over there. Rooms are premium and spacious. This property also has disc and bar. Price are cheap if you compare with other properties.

Hotel is on very convenient location and easily reachable as it is on Faizabad Highway. Staff is very polite & professional. Room service & cleanliness is pro. I would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel if you are visiting Lucknow nearby Chinhat/Faizabad Road/Anandi Water Park, etc. I felt the price of food is little high so didnt order for a single time. Overall the hotel is very nice with spacious car parking and roof top swimming pool.

Food is not that good, costly and not as per rupees. Staying is great, rooms are clean and good. You will enjoy staying here.

Behavior of staff is very good, room was clean , taste for food good but quite high price. overall nice and decent hotel.

Staff is well mannered. But is quite puzzlled with order taking and distribution.. water was served after the dinner. Staff is quite slow.

Its a decent hotel to stay with adequate amenities with good breakfast meal. Staff is cooperative. Packaged water is 42₹ per litter, which is not good. As per court law, no hotel can charge more than MRP. Price of some food is over the edge. Rest for staying, hotel is pretty good to relax and refresh. Pool area is quite pleasant with great sunset view.

Would not recommend this place if you are looking for a safe stay during pandemic. Staffs did not wear masks or maintain social distancing when entering the room or anywhere in the premises. I had to complain twice and then they took the matter seriously. My room was not cleaned and sanitized and half the equipments were not working. I was given a new room after another complaint. Room service was low quality! Overall very disappointed with the stay.Advice to the staff: Wearing masks below the nose and mouth is not gonna help prevent covid.

Best food with no heavy oil or anything best dinner available

Value for money hotel. Room size was compact for the basic booking that we made. Some renovation work being carried out as well. Staff is courteous and service is really good.

Best hotel at outskirts of lucknow

Went over here in Millenia regency for a reception party of my cousin, though the staff and waiter are really professional - but the sitting area and everything is not very ample in space. Felt conjusted in the party area. Though the food is good. Surely try some nonveg dishes like mutton Rogan josh, chicken biryani etc. Would recommend it if you want to go for a small party or some ceremony. But not for a Big bash or something fun.

Very bad service and staff. I wish I can give them zero star as they are an insult to whole hotel service provider industry. No measure is taken to handle the covid19 infection in fact they increase the pre booked hotel room giving excuse of this pandemic. the general manager is shame on humanity and he should be thrown out of this industry. I have been to many counties and experienced and awesome services, accommodation and humble staff even in the small motel. but I am not surprised at all as these kind of people are really bringing shame to this job.

Rooms are small but well furnished.cleanliness good.breakfast buffet- variety of items, but average taste.issues I faces---1. ac/ room heater was not working, I was although provided with room heater on request.2. hot water was not available in the first room I was provided , had to shift to another room after a few hours, wasted a few hours which delayed our plans. they should have checked all this before.3. housekeeping entered into my room without my permission when I was away, eventhough I didnt requested housekeeping. I requested to lodge a formal written complaint about this, but was only given verbal assurances....overall, the property is nice but the staff needs to be more sincere in performing their duties.

The stay was exceptional. Rooms were beautiful, staffs were courteous and food was good. Moreover, Im thankful to Mr. Sachin for his kind efforts in making the booking and for understanding my terms of bookings and making sure that everything should get get done flawlessly. Though everything was really good but if I ever get back to Lucknow and Ill stay at the Millenia, the reason would be this gentleman. Thanks Mr. Sachin.

Nothing special in this hotel, I am doctor who was arranged room in this hotel by Surgilapcon team about 3 days in advance, but when I reached at 6 am in Morning, hotel staff told sir there is no room..fir kaheki advance booking...I requested that I want to go to toilet since its 6 am and I am holding since I reached station, they arranged 1 room for 1 hour...now i was to reach conferance in morning, Surgilapcon team arranged breakfast and dinner at this hotel, but staff did not inform me...I want to conferance with hungry...when I came back after having my dinner at fun mall ( as I was not aware of dinner arrangements at this hotel), Hotel staff gave me room on share basis...i slept in room, after 1 hour another person came in room with little alcohol smell, he asked hotel staff and me was shifted to another room...in next morning I had my breakfast there in hotel as advised by my seniors at Surgilapcon. This was how hotel saved their money.
