Worst bakery, nothing is fresh ,they dont know how to make cake , look at the finishing terrible. Please dont order or take anything from JJ Alambagh specially. This terrible cake is of 1050/-

I heard from others that you should have pastery from JJ Bakers if you are visiting lucknow, I tasted and its seriously awesome must try if you are coming to lucknow.

One of the worst experience, on 15.7.21 , I purchased some food from park road shop and ordered roll to eat , it was smelling ,so I informed the manager there , that idiot told me its a smell of mayones, though it was a rotten one, I didnt ate but paid for the roll. I suggest you not to buy any thing from this place.

Their pasteries and cake are awesome.They also have good qualities of pav , bread and bakery biscuits.

Ordered a genetic chocolate cake and they gave me the oldest hardest stale leftover cake. So if you want to order one for your birthday, choose a unique design and dont let them ruin your party by sending their expired mess of a leftover cake. This branch is ruining the name of JJ Bakers.

Used to love it thats why giving two stars but the outlet in Alambagh is one of the worst kind, ordered the cake on 13th October and it turned out be stale, complained it and even after providing them with the whole cake, they were adamant that its not possible . Also not proper reply from the customer service. Really really disappointed.

I used to love flavours n quality of both pastries and snacks. But as of now, theyve degraded the quality too much. Moreover Hospitality at its worst. I ordered dutch truffle pastries through zomato and received black forest. On enquiring, the owner didnt deal well and was rude too.

We recently ordered couple of cupcakes for the party. We found that they were not real cupcakes. Store just put some whip cream over the average muffins available in general stores. They overcharged us. Really bad quality and bad experience.

One of the worst experience ever in terms of customer service. Over and above Asking clients to go to ATM and get the payment in cash. One can Imagine the pain and risk of getting infected in this crucial time. In covid times people are choosing for non touch, electronic payment method like phonepe, paytm etc they are asking for only cash payment across every stores. How obsolete, and irresponsible towards client . Will not reccomend ever anyone..

A big chain of quality bakers in Lucknow. Variety and presentation is awesome. Customized orders are treated very carefully. Readymade standard preparations are also suitable for instant takeaway. Their speciality is the vegetarian versions in its true sense. How many knew that food grade colours also have vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions!

Good items are available. Cakes buiscuit, bread etc. Chocolate items are good. Easy to reach. Services are fast

JJ bakers is the best bakery in Lucknow. I had been visiting this place from a long time and i would say they have maintained the quality.

Down to 1 stars. It is better to go there and choose what you want. If you ordering online you will never get what you have ordered because they keep accepting the order what they dont have. Theyll ask to change the order and pay the difference.That is really bad.

They offer a very good range of snacks. I had Paneer Sub and Veg Hot Dog (Masala Potato filling) - both were fulfilling. Cakes can be a little sugary even if you are ordering a dark chocolate cake. Service is slow.

The Paneer Hot Dog is heaven at JJ BAKERS. I think you should visit once and try the PANEER HOT DOG. Apart from that the quality of the cakes they make is also surprisingly awesome. You cannot get that quality at MR. BROWN or any other such bakery.
